I wasn't interested in the mosaic models until I saw the pics from @DeloresRose when she got hers --- looked much nicer than pics from the Asmodus site. So I got a black mosaic as well (and did a small amount of shaping, polishing):
I'm happy with how it turned out.
It's a Speakeasy kinda Saturday in the Tral-cave. Ya know, if these Russian mechs didn't take so dang long to arrive, I could totally see myself going broke collecting them. Built like a shick brithouse.

You’re welcome, or, I’m sorry. It’s always hard to tell.
I did that one while all still together ... a little shaping with a dremel/sanding drum, then smoothing/sanding with some sanding disks on a power drill and finished by hand with micro-mesh pads. Probably four hours total.
