yes I have one and same thing. I won mine and was sure they just sent me a broken one at first. Once the batteries are in it, it will stay closed. MOst of the time anyway. I have had my batteries fall out of it and for this reason it is not a daily driver

I’ve never put a case on any of mine. I do have a cat, so mods occasionally get launched for her entertainment. Neither of the DB3s has suffered from their inadvertent travels, which usually end with them skittering across either hardwood or marble floors.

Im not familiar with the double barrel but I'm guessing it's got a flip type door. They are always better when they've got some pressure on them but it should still close without batteries. If you got it recently I'd open a claim and try for a replacement... Sorry I can't be more help

Squid vape sells the cases. According to others, the one for the 2.1 fits the 3, it just takes some work to get it up the first time

Hope everyone had a Happy Halloween last night! Pretty much just rained and was windy. Horrible night for the kids. Perfect night for me so I don’t have to listen to the doorbell and dogs barking especially since I can’t see any of the costumes.

still not much change in my recovery. Physically. Emotionally I may have to admit myself somewhere nice after being trapped in a 12x10 bedroom for almost 4 weeks

well the temp in Georgia went from 55 to 32 in about 24 hours. Last night was wickedly cold. I shut down the lights and pulled in the candy at about 7 because the goblins were not out and about much. It could be worse, most of my California friends are either too close to a fire or without power.
My current situation is that I am in the new house without TV or Internet. Shocking that it has been two weeks now and the same story. The builder made a deal with AT&T that they would not let any others lay cables so AT&T has a monopoly. They wanted me to pay $210 a month for a mid package of TV and the medium speed of cable. Say what?? This is because I would not do a contract (I despise AT&T) so I backed out of all of that and just got an Internet-only plan. I have Hulu and Netflix and that is enough. 3 days later they come out to hook up and decide that something is broken in the cables and therefore they cannot run anything to my house until a special crew comes out. That was 9-10 days ago. No crew has came out. I called again today and the message is "Something is broken, we will fix it but we do not know when. We will call you (someday)
I am using my phone for a mobile hot spot and using an iPad for Internet and watching Andy Griffith reruns on Hulu. I tried Hulu live (need news) and it will not work if you are using a mobile hot spot.. I leave the house at night and sleep at my daughters. I guess this is my new normal.

I hope those bozos get you sorted next week, and you can enjoy your new house 24/7

Not a bad haul, I'm happy. My two favorites so far are the Luna and the KRMA. Still have to build and test everything to see how the RDA's perform though.

There is a solution. It's called a jetpack and Verizon makes them they are basically an internet hub that will give you more data if you need it. Depending on your plan they are more or less expensive. I save mine for work because even with ER I just put my settings on lowest possible resolution as like I actually PREFER it to HD, I don't want to see people THAT clearly.

We are never having "cable" again, I don't think. Not where we live, anyway. Cable here is abysmal. So is our Verizon bill, but thankfully due to the kid our Verizon bill has ALWAYS been bad, and like you can limit background apps, there are tons of things you can do. I actually PREFER it.
