I ordered my first Asmodus mech mod a couple of weeks ago (the Gold one on the right). When it came in my wife says, "That looks Girlie to me!". When I showed her the other option (the Pink one) and she agreed that the gold one was more manly! I'm not sure I'll ever use it unless all my other mods break, but it's only there for FDA Apocalypse backup. I agree that the designs don't reflect hunting and fishing.
Still a good deal. Both models are out of stock now. Bought mine for $23.90 and I still say it was a deal. MSRP was $139.90.

I was like "what the heck is Ange on about now". I had zero clue and had to go see. I rarely dabble in their forums other than for seeing what folks are saying about gear. I did ask about the Ammit for someone here who was looking for a BF feed pin a while back. I think left like one review for an item. I should do more. You have some really good ones up. Ones that opened my wallet up!

I just grabbed another one. Yeah, silly me, I should have grabbed an ultem one when I bought mine. @Opinionated 's looks really sharp. That's a nice case they come in too.
And guess what? We just got finished eating dinner here and dog's tail sent mine flying off the coffee table already. Nothing broke and the door didn't even come off. So I can certify it's German Shepherd tail tested for a flight and drop.
ETA: I just saw your pic and you got lucky getting a blue and ultem!!!

Decided to see what the fuss was about this asmodus sale. They don’t ship to Canada so screw em. I didn’t see any mechanical mods anyways so nothing really for me.
I always laugh when I see people on here order stuff and then say they will probably never use it. I think dam I would use that everyday! Or when people have one of every colour of a set of mods. I would have to work 5 jobs and prostitute myself to do that haha. I’d rather have a bigger array of items rather than trying to complete a set of one thing.
I do have a good collection and am certainly very happy with it. When people at my work see my new things they say that I have everything. If only they seen some of your guy’s collections they would probably s**t a bit.

Yeah well the tale was not done. I was like, "Oh SHOOT OMG it's SATURDAY they close at like 5 on Saturdays," So I calloed IMMEDIATELY and the pharmacist was like cautiously, "We just received them." Then I was like,, "So cool see you at the drive through in 10 minutes." Then the pharmacist said he couldn't fill either because they were both WRONG. Like the abx could cause a "fatal arrhythmia" with lithium, which to be sort of fair to the doc I think I have had that abx with NO ill effects before and it's some elongated Q-T thing which I was fretting about with my pdoc one time and he was like "You get it. Or, you don't. But, if you are on two or more Q-T elevating meds, which you are, you are not going to die." I was like "Ever?" and he was like, "Not from THAT, ever." My doc is an MD/PhD I trust him with such arcane matters.
So it may have been the pharmacist just freaking about opiates and death and "OMG someone died of a stubbed toe this one time!" thing. Which if that is my life now, at pharmacies, I am going to KILL myself because like every time I GO they will counsel me on death. I try not to think about it.
But he gave me some weird methy-prednisone and he told me 5 days worth but not the dose or anything I FEAR prednisone because like, it makes me batty, I negotiate DOWN from 5 mg a day, "Like I bet 2.5 works" but it don't. Anyway I told the pharmacist I was not leaving with SOMETHING and I come to find out it is STRONGER than prednisone an he gave me 16 m.g. per DAY. Dude. So like, I'm taking it but I am also like, "that is the issue with teledocs they don't KNOW you." I mean he knew I was nuts, i made that clear. But, I might be less likely and I quote "to lose touch with reality " but that might make murdering someone EASIER you know? Like I would have better planning skills.
THIS WHOLE time I was dealing with the patient reps and they got sick of me and put my number to VM eventually. When I got home I star sixty nined em--I was not HAVING it. I was like, LOOK, I just need to know if I can take this weird steroid is this ACTUALLY what he prescribed. She said yes, and she said he was "researching" the other abx very carefully and I was like "DUDE he ISN'T from the sounds of him during the visit he is out getting WASTED so as a little hang over remedy like, the pharmacy here opens at 10 AZ time."
Grr. I mean I feel slightly better but also worse. I would say I would locate this "practice owner' or board tomorrow to have words with them but like, seriously, probably not. I got notes I have to do. At least I am less hoarse."
So yeah, part 2 NOT COOL AT ALL. Although seriously I think it ma be pharmacy issue, that or like, all the Tucson pharmacies hated me and actively SOUGHT my death, that too is also possible.
Gotta eat. SO not hungry even at ALL 10 mins, I give me.

As for us buying mods we will potentially never use, it's a matter of making sure we are okay after deeming hits regardless of what our government does to decimate the vaping industry here in the U.S.
One of my husband's cousins came over after work one day to do our lawn. It was easier for him to stay the night and get the lawn done in the morning, so he was here and chitchatting...
He was interested in one of my mods and interested in vaping, so I pulled out one of my under the bed storage containers full of vape gear so that he could select a mod and tank kit for himself...
I think he about s##t himself.. He ran around work forever after that telling all and sundry I had a better selection of gear than the vape shop in town.. haha
And I don't have much compared to others here.. lol..
But don't worry, most of us wouldn't have quite as much gear as we do if it weren't for our government.. I would have been perfectly happy getting one or perhaps two really nice mods that I enjoyed every year, buying my ejuice and not having to worry about much..
The government just didn't afford me that luxury..

That really sucks what the government is doing and they really are trying to ruin a really good opportunity. Banning something only makes it go underground. Vaping will always be around as long as there is a demand for it. It just becomes a crap shoot because we’ll be buying vaping products illegally not knowing what’s in our juice with no regulations. I’d imagine the price would be a lot higher as well because there’s a risk involved for whoever is dealing the stuff.
Then the government would really be seeing a lot of deaths and sickness due to vaping.
I hope this doesn’t happen to you or any of us and I wish you all the best.

I spent about 2 hours trying to fit my favourite coil wrapping wire into my new Dot aio rba yesterday. Boy even though the deck is postless it was a steep learning curve and tricky to boot. Any way the flat profile on the Ni 80 wire was too difficult and I fell back on a straight roundwire kanthal build 5-6wraps as the manual suggested and it went in like a dream.... Vapes nicely too...
