    Good morning Shiny's
Should have a package or two arriving today but not holding my breath. Last Wednesday's package didn't arrive until Saturday. Thinking of getting another db3 for the stash since I'm quite liking the size and shape.

Those look pretty nice. I’m tempted.

I must have been having a senior moment when we were talking about Colossals yesterday. I could’ve sworn it had to be locked to change the SNH. That was the Lustro though, and it has to be locked for the flashlight and IR. I think I have too many mods, lol, can’t keep them straight. Actually, as bad as my memory is, it a shocker I even remembered they’re touchscreen.

I have no incoming goodies today, except plastic eyes and noses from Amazon for crochet teddy bears I’m making. I had to take a break from socks because I have no room for any more.

Good morning shiners! Now NY gov Cuomo wants to pass a flavor ban even though his “emergency order” was thrown out in court. Worst part he keeps talking about all the deaths from vaping. I’m really losing all patience with these politicians. Tweeted my frustration out at him, but we know it’ll make no difference.

    There, I vented.

That’s the most frustrating part for me. They’re all on Twitter. They all post all the time. Do any of them even read the replies? I know they get too many to read and reply, but you’d think if they saw any good argument for changing their stance or supporting one thing or another, they’d at least consider it. Deaf ears. All the dang time.

    Good morning all!

The friendly people over at Canada Post have informed me that I should be receiving some vape mail today. E-liquid supplies (VG, PG, Nic), and another mesh RTA.

I occasionally shout myself to a pair of hand made aliens from a local coil maker called Cloud Revolution. The quality is amazing and because I don't have the skills (yet) to wrap my own aliens I'm happy to pay AUS $25 for a pair.
The flavour is so much better than even fused claptons (when I feel like DL 30 - 80W style vaping) that I feel it's worth it. They last me about 2 - 3 months per coil and I like the idea of supporting a local cottage industry.
I guess it is a work of art. I know I could not do it (build these elaborate coils) I can build but I chose not to anymore. I am pretty happy with just a set of good coils from AVS. When I think of dropping $50+ on a set of coils, I remind myself I am just trying to not smoke. Feels like another rabbit hole to get used to something better as far as coils go.

Truth is the quality of AVS coils is quite high, especially for the price. I don’t mind they’re all SS as that’s all I vape, whether mech or regulated squonk, but I know some might prefer a different metal. I’m ok spinning a fused Clapton, but don’t mind saving a little work by using their stuff. Besides, coils last months if cleaned and cared for, so it’s not something I deal with very often, unless I’m bored and want something to do.

They probably pay someone to skim through their replies and guage the overall response, without considering individual responses. Twitter is just another campaigning tool to them I imagine. Banning nicotine vaping is a 'trend' now. Spreading lies about the deaths caused by vaping is now considered ok because it's popular opinion. We know it's not true, but the truth doesn't matter to many people though. The majority of people believe that what they are told in the news is fact without looking deeper into the subject. In this age of information overload, and super busy lifestyles, it's no surprise to me that this happens so much. There's just not enough time to research every piece of information that you run across, you have to pick and choose which subjects are worth investigating. With vaping, most people have no incentive to do this. We do. What's happening with vaping is a problem, but it's also a clear indicator pointing out how society is structured and controlled today. We are seeing that conspiracies to control the public for financial gains are not just some crackpot theory, they exist in the highest levels of power, and have become so powerful that they're not afraid of exposing themselves to scrutiny. Now that is scary.

They have ni80 as well now. I haven't tried those yet as I'm pretty stocked up atm.

I have two little glass vials of vandy vape NI80 fused Clapton’s that come to .23 for dual coil. Those are good quality and only 8 bucks for 10 pieces. COmes with a coiling tool inside as well. I used to make fused Clapton’s with a friend which was fun but now I just don’t enjoy using Clapton wire. I use mainly mechs and just don’t get too good ramp up time with them. I love 26 gauge NI80 round wire. I should get some NI90 though I’ve been meaning to
