Day 9 of the Awful Atrocious Confinement:
Food and TP remains aplenty here in Mel-land. Yet...Boredom runs rampant! Today I baked two kinds of cookies (cause my fellow prisoner ate all the chocolate caramel cake :grr:), washed the bathroom rugs, and now I’m watching Shahs of Sunset cause there’s nothing else on. Except the news. Really really tired of the news.
SOMEONE COME BREAK ME OUT!!!
Or say something funny. Or find something shiny for me to hunt down. Some shiny would be lovely right now!

@Fidola13 I think I said I would post you about the VaporDNA carrier signage mandate. Yup, got my package this morning and had to sign. Rather my carrier signed for me because we're not allowed to touch the thingy:rolleyes:

mph that was why he said he’d sign it for me. I was wondering about that!

Well they are about to shut down IL. Luckily our business is labeled essential so at least I have an excuse to be out. Feel bad for the families though, we will be requesting all services at the cemeteries be a straight drop. With luck most of the funeral directors will be on board, poor dears will get the brunt of the families displeasure. Sorry business all around. :(

Said I wouldn't post....but straight drop?

Man my imagination is running wild

So I can bring a body and drop it off? No questions asked?

Where's that rubbing hands emoji....

Nah, we use the crematory after hours for that.:D

Straight drop at the cemetery is the FD brings the body to the cemetery for direct burial. No tent, grass, or chairs and with luck no mourners attending. This can be hard for some people since at the cemetery is where they come to terms with the finality of death. Especially those that can't have an open casket service.

That’s what they’re already doing here. This whole thing feels like a Twilight Zone episode.
@jfcooley... what day is your birthday? Maybe we can have a joint birthday party here
