With the 2 pods and 2 rba's, it was a no brainier for me

I already have the Aspire Mulus AIO, which I like the bigger tank, but they have no rba yet, and was getting concerned I wouldn't be able to get one before May, so the DotAIO will replace the mulus for now, and with the engravings, the DotAIO is nicer, but not like you see the engravings with the panels on, think I need to find different panels now

There are clear panels. Not my cup of tea, but apparently quite popular on either SE or regular.

Do you not get exorbitant taxes added to cigarettes so they cost $35 a pack of 25 like we do here... Because that's why they'll never ban them here, the poor smokers pay for the rest of the country...meanwhile your multinational companies like Google pay a pittance....

I did forget you guys, in many states, had gone nucking futs and legalised and taxed weed instead, I sure hope you're reinvesting that in mental health beds, because within a generation you're going to need them...lost too many friends to psychosis from regular weed smoking in my lifetime. One genie you've let out of the bottle you'll now never get back in...

Better to tax poor smokers than cripple an entire generation, and beyond, with illicit drugs

But not the first time us outside of the USA have shook our heads in puzzlement

Good morning shiny fam <3 I was shocked this morning to see some movement on my RCM Infinity Kryptek.

I was starting to get a little worried there. 18 days is the longest it's taken to get to JFK. It's not in my mailbox yet, but at least I know it's on the way. Whew.

I just checked, ordered the basilisk 3/12 no movement yet. Can’t wait to see your Kryptek!

Good morning shiners! Awful lot of posts to catch up on so likes to all until I get to them.

Right now I’m dealing with my daughter getting sick. While she’s young and healthy, she does have asthma. Been trying to trace back her exposure and the best I can come up with is an ER visit she made a few weeks ago for vomiting which I didn’t know about. She knows better than to do anything medical without calling me, but thought she handle it herself and didn’t want to bother me, but should have known better. Now I’ll have to kill her once she’s better.

She’s at home and doing ok. She already has a bunch of stuff I made her get a while ago like an auto blood pressure cuff and most important a finger oxygen saturation meter. Her oxygen is now fine, she had a drop for a bit and I made arrangements at the hospital for her, but it perked back up and she’s riding it out from home. At least if she does get worse the folks she would need are all available, so at least that’s covered. At first it wasn’t clear as she’s had no fever, but she’s made up for that by having every other symptom (87% of those infected have fever, but 13% don’t so it took a few days to be sure with her). But of course she has to be different.

It looks like she’ll just have a mild case and get through ok, but needless to say it’s been keeping me occupied the last several days. She won’t let me tell her mom so dad is taking on the situation. Her boyfriend has been great at taking care of her too, but I figure he’ll be sick within the next week, so I’ll have the two of them on my hands.

Anyway, that’s why I’ve been AWOL the past week. She should start to improve in another week, so that’ll be a relief.

So sorry to hear. Fingers crossed it stays mild for her. Worst thing ever when the kids are sick. And I know, they’re grown, but they’ll always be our kids.

Depends on where you are in the US. A pack of Marlboro(20 in a pack) here in North Carolina costs $5.00 to $6.00. The same pack up in New York costs $11.00 to $13.00. Taxes are much higher in NY. North Carolina is also a major tobacco growing state. I believe Virginia is about the same as North Carolina, as Marlboro is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia.
