really liking the SE. it's just so well thought out. the lights around the fire button showing power setting are genius. could never remember the LED colours on things like the orion after not using them for a while.

They’re oos on the SE. Don’t know if they have the dot rba in stock. Honestly, I just use the ohm aio one. The dotaio takes the dot coils, and come with an adapter to use nautilus bvc or nautilus 2s bvc coils (I prefer those over dots)

Cool thanks! I am still mulling it over You like the ohm aio? Does it still come as a package deal? If so I think that is the way to go. The dotmod rba is 40 bucks which is a bit steep for me atm.

Morning all.
I dont post alot of personal info or issues typically as there are more important things out there.
Just a quick driveby to keep family in yalls thoughts and prayers if you would.

We lost my mother in law early this morning to her fight with cancer. She had been staying with us under hospice care for a while now.

We are ok as we know she is no longer in pain. But its a strange time as we cant even setup a memorial or visitation given the current state of things. I think that is weighing on her as much as anything else after her mom passed.

Wanted to let yall know as has been discussed here we are like a family. But i am not one to burden people with my issues or drama. Secondarily to explain my absence recently and possibly for a bit longer.

Morning all. No shiny news for me today.

There is a rabbit in my yard, just saw him hop past the porch. My security guard is sleeping on the job or else she’d bark until I let her out. I keep telling her, she can chase the squirrels away, but we want the rabbits! They eat the grass and we love that they eat the grass because that’s less I have to mow!

Mmm seeing some cabin fever building...understandable actually.
Took the dogs for a longer circular walk this morning...the big one and me are puffed...jack russel just warmed up . Will take them on the closed golf course this afternoon...slow and easy is the plan. Still don't know how i'll convey that to the jack russel.
The wife is having a virtual Friday morning coffee meetup with her friends....all dressed and made up...giggling with phone in one hand and homemade coffee in the other
This afternoon at 5.10pm we're all gathering in the driveways to lift a glass to the people still working...that'll be interesting...shouting to the neighborhood trying to have a discussion.
Yep, its all about keeping the spirits up from here on in.

When Rudy was a youngster, I also had two Pomeranians. Different ends of the energy spectrum. I would throw the ball for about 20 minutes before a walk, then let him go pee - that was how he calmed down. He still wanted to go faster and farther than the other two, but it was easier to keep him under control. They were all close to the same size but Poms have such tiny legs. It’s like walking a hamster. 3 sidewalk squares and they’re ready to go home.

If it came with a tank not a glass door, I might. Dotsnail, I know, I know. I love the Atmizoo tanks I have, but they’re pricey. I understand quality of machining and build , etc etc but (don’t shoot me people) I have less expensive (not clone, just not a zillion dollars) tanks that I like just as well.

I understand if it’s too pricey , but If it were just about the glass door, I wouldn’t let that stop you. Mines been no problem at all. No leaks, not even a drop. My one dot seeps constantly. The SE is not leaking so far. Seems those tanks are hit and miss.

I gotta say the dotaio is really hard to resist. Haven't seen any gear that I really want lately but that is a sexy little thing. Is the rba from dotmod any good?

I’ll let you know if I ever get around to building it. I popped a coil in it and was waiting for wire. Wire came but I’ve been distracted.

modified BB on the right. don't see any of the dotmod-made doors for sale in the UK currently. it won't be stock for ever though.

I put a drop of juice in the gasket, and used a tiny flat head to open. Oddly I have tons of those laying around.
