I know I've mentioned it once before to some Aussies on ECF .... my younger sister lives in Cronulla and attended a wedding reception where 'Dwarf tossing' was involved. I hear it's now been banned. Now those dwarves for sure were hardy.

Funny story. Back in my 20s my girlfriend and I lived in a small studio apartment. We had one of the little smoky joe Weber bbq's that we would use out on the front porch. We had taken dinner off the grill and went inside to eat. She went back outside to check on the bbq and came running back in the house screaming THERE IS A HUGE RAT OUTSIDE! I went outside to see what she was talking about. I was laughing so hard my side ached. It was a possum. She had never seen a possum.
