That's the temperature inside my house.
I had to go look. I’ve gotten 15 red Xs. No idea for what or from whom. The disturbing part is I’ve apparently given 13 (fat fingers). Sorry, whoever you are. Oops???
I did mark your comment “informative”![]()
That's ... alot of flavors.

Finally seeing some light at the end of the tunnel...thanks Mel. My white blood cell have finally started to climb significantly so my body can start to fight its own battles again...fingers crossed and touch wood
One of the worst things is the nerve damage in my feet which is so slow to improve that it's beginning to feel like it'll stay that way forever....that chemo is nasty stuff for sure....
Good news is the docs are pretty sure that the cancer has been banished for good....hoorah
Hope that you and family are staying nice and safe and that you're getting some pleasure from the blue doors![]()
virm, I take it those numbers in black are %? I only have 3 of those. So for my taste, using them singularly;
Cactus @ 4% would completely overwhelm my taste buds freshly mixed. It would remind me of my Aloe vera gel hand sanitizer.
Cardamom, I'd need it higher for the taste I like
Fuji Apple a touch more after a shake. IRL I like a super tart green apple called a Russet Apple which is hard to find and picked after the first frost in Canada
So after a good long steep, that Fuji would disappear to sweet and that cactus would tone down. No idea about the others. YMMV, and good luck. Your subjective taste could be completely different,
As a new mixer I would advise keeping your mixes simple using just 2-4 flavors. Complex mixes need a bit of finesse and familiarity with your flavors usually.
Perfect the simple recipes before branching out is my recommendation.been trying to keep it simpler_ but as everything still tasted too weak and given advice on kicking flavours, at least to begin with, and then fearing one flavour for sweetening, like say cactus, would be too pronounced, i tried this. got liquid stevia today finally, per advice, so maybe i won't be needing so many flavours now.

Take a closer look at how minuscule the amount of dap your mixes will actually be before you count them out. Personally for me the risk is so low (if there is any risk at all) is preferable to the smell of the butyric acid they use to replace the dap.@NolaMel @chanelvaps @Opinionated i found stevia_ couple of caveats:
not organic, and i noticed some products in the organic section that specifically said 'no stevia'_ is the first bad and does the latter generally meaning there is something iffy abt stevia? i mean the whole point of my mixing venture is avoiding potentially harmful stuff like DAAPs and sugars...
i got it but it's fine if i don't use it as the resident baking german would definitely be experimenting with...
thanks for advice thus far![]()

There was a discussion on ELR in the forum that went into it in depth I believe. In food, there are people that taste stevia as bitter, not sweet. Sort of like those that get soap, not herb from cilantro.@NolaMel @chanelvaps @Opinionated i found stevia_ couple of caveats:

I would experiment with the juice you find muted.( Or better, a single flavor first). Split it into 4 equal samples. Leave one as the control, the other 3 add 3 different amounts of sweetener ( say, 0,1,2 and 3 drops) so that you can tell how the sweetener changes your perception of the flavor. That also will help you figure out how much best works for you. Too much flavor can be just as muted as not enough. If adding sweetener doesn’t help. Try one flavor at various %s and see if you can find what is best for you.
You’re using cactus at about 4x the % I would. But neither of us may be wrong. I’m using what I know works for me with cactus. As tempting as it is to start out trying to clone recipes (extremely hard to do) or use a lot of flavors, more success is found starting with 2-3 flavors in a mix.

Nah, post em, I was just messing around is all.lol... you'd hate my recipes then..
I guess there's a reason I don't share my recipes here, not much point but I've never been happy with simple recipes, I can taste the nuances or the lack thereof and it turns me into a picky darn vaper...
lol..
there's some kind of a difference between the organic stevia and the whatever kind you get in the store...
only the organic stevia from what I remember was fine to vape, but it's been so long I honestly don't remember for sure.... but I order mine online and only buy the organic (and pay twice as much for it) for reasons that I'm positive had something to do with vaping.
Sorry my memory is getting bad. You want to research it and look into it before use..
I use the Pyure Organic Liquid Stevia Extract (Sugar free)

thanks for the quick help. haven't opened it yet, can even give it back. yes that was the recommended one earlier. i'll try and find something that delivers the brand to germany..
Hey I'm CharlieRob this is such good news except for the burning feet. I take Cymbalta for that and it helps. I have nerve damage in my feet too and they feel like they are on fire without any meds
