You likely have, IDK, but have you tried lubing the Pulse 24 AF o-ring(s) with VG? Might help. IDK as I don't have a Pulse 24.I've got the Pulse 24 and it has the worst o ring tolerances of any atty I've tried. So stiff after a while the af is basically stuck in place. Changed the o rings and no different
I have a couple boxes of those.I've found thus assortment handy: 100 PCS Translucent Multi-size Silicone Ring Set for E-cigarette
fasttech used to have a larger set, of mainly larger cs rings, though I don't know if they still have it.

Another thought, but have you considered trying o-rings with a slightly smaller, or slightly larger, cross section (CS)?
Example: Say you have a 1mm CS x 20mm ID o-ring on the Pulse 24. Maybe consider trying a 1.2mm or 1.4mm CS if you need larger. Or try smaller. May help, might not.
The O-Ring Store here in the US has them in tons of different CS's. They're also one of only a few who let you buy in very small quantities at reasonable prices. I've purchased as them for pennies each ($0.04 USD). Prices depend on the specific type. Like Buna-N (NBR), FDA Silicone (VMQ) or FKM etc. etc..
Isn't there a similar o-ring company in OZ?
Brilliant. I'll look at alt o rings - thanks @markfm and @ShowMeTwice !I've found thus assortment handy: 100 PCS Translucent Multi-size Silicone Ring Set for E-cigarette

That must be a worry for you Eskie. I'm sorry that she seems to have relapsed...presumably there is a chance that her lungs have damage from the first wave. Was she put on a ventilator in the first infection?Good morning shiners! Some stuff arriving today but I think it's all juice. Tough to remember all of it these days as I tried to get in as much as I could before the NY May 18 cut off.
I won't be around much again today as my daughter seems to have relapsed with her Covid infection. Spent yesterday getting a pulmonologist to see her today rather than the beginning of June, which seems the wait is now that his office has been able to reopen. I'll be taking her myself because she always get so anxious she ends up not remembering everything she's told to do and has this annoying little habit of keeping her complaints and symptoms minimized, and now is not the time to play that game.
When I spoke to him yesterday he said he's found a number of people who seem to get better then relapse, but is it's more likely the same infection just restarting, not caught again, and some of his inpatient hospital patients have taken a few months before they were pretty much fully recovered. There are a few studies coming out that note the same thing, which is disconcerting as how someone who has been infected can really be cleared to return to normal activities and work once things do reopen. So I'm now just treating my 25 year old incredibly smart child in many areas unrelated to medicine, like an unruly 15 year old.
Right back at you Charlie!Good morning shinies
Ah the weekend is coming. Hope everyone has a good Friday prelude![]()
I learned how to do it last year. Was excited about it for awhile. Went back to watts within a few months. The vape just seemed better once I went backI haven't played with tc in quite some time and I have several dna mods and a yihi. I find the same hit over and over rather boring.
I tried it for a while with different SS builds but I never found a sweet spot that was better for me than just vaping in wattage mode.I learned how to do it last year. Was excited about it for awhile. Went back to watts within a few months. The vape just seemed better once I went back

I had some damage when I went through the fungal infection of my lungs recently but it seems to have not been permanent.
Hopefully, you can get her a CT scan so that the doctors can see what may be going on. I'll be thinking of you.....
Sending lots of positivity![]()
Good morning shiners! Thank you all for your kind thoughts. It's been a sorta stressful time. My daughter does have what appears to be a relapse, which isn't "catching it" again, but the same old virus still whacking her around. Fortunately this round isn't as severe as round one was, but it's still knocking her for a loop. So more bed rest, cut back on her work hours at home, and wait it out.
And likes and loves to all as I admit I won't get caught up today.
No, she was never on a ventilator, although she did drop her oxygen saturation low enough for me to get freaked out. She was able to make it through without ending up in the hellhole the hospitals were at that time. There doesn't appear to be any secondary pneumonia so nothing to treat, which is a mixed finding. I"m happy she has no bacterial pneumonia, but if she did, you can treat it, not just be at the mercy of COVID. She has follow up scans today, so that should give a more definitive answer.
As to lung damage, I expect she'll struggle for quite a while before she starts running or hitting the gym. She has asthma which just adds to the complications, but it's been interesting that her asthma never flared up during the acute phase, and while you would expect something like asthma to be a big risk factor, for whatever reason it seems to not be much of an issue for some asthmatics. The pulmonary doctor said he's seen a good number of his asthmatic patients not have not have as bad a course as he would expect. It's just another example, like the rare and severe inflammatory in young children now being seen popping up across the country, and shows how little we still know about this virus.
Good morning everyone! Asking everyone to please pray for Opinionated. She has not posted in the forum since May 1, and the last pm I got from her was last Thur. May 7. We had been pm'ng, and, or emailing pretty much every day up till then. She told me she has been very ill, not from corona, but that she has some very serious health issues that are getting worse, especially this past year. I am worried about her, as she is usually very responsive to our pm's, and just nothing now. I can't share our last pm here, but it was bad, and I'm terribly worried.![]()
