I like how KHW improved the build deck with beefier offset posts to trap diff. wire types. And made it even smaller height-wise.

KHW added many more AF inserts for a tight MTL to pretty airy RDL. Even a blank insert so you can drill your own AF.

Per KHW:

Re-wicked my Xeta with rayon for the first time yesterday. Tried the super tight through the coil thing. I've gotta say I'm loving it. After an initial short break in time the flavour's really popping and it's wicking fast and smooth

I don't know @Pigs.. i'm loving rayon since I started giving it a fare go the last few months. It works beautifully on everything except the Zeta. I always wick very tight with Rayon, but the Zeta keeps giving me dry hits. Do you trim the tails on it?
When I use cotton in the Zeta, I don't get them dry hits.

Interesting Fred. Yeah I do trim the tails - but not super flush. Same as with cotton. This is my first rayon attempt.

No I don't thin with cotton cause the wicking holes are so big. I fact I really fluff the tails out to fill in the squared off edges of the ports. And I didn't thin the rayon either.

I’m going back to rayon when I rewick. I’m not getting the flavor with cotton. I’m waffling about ordering another couple since my red BB will hopefully come tomorrow. Or, try the vapesnail before I commit
