You got it. An RDTA (Rebuildable Dripping Tank Atomizer) has the build deck on top of the juice well. The wicks drop down into the tank from an elevated deck that's open to dripping from above like an rda (but not sure many people use an rdta as a dripper).By regular mod you mean a non-squonker, right?
I'm still trying to figure out the difference between an RDA and RDTA. I understand that an RDTA has a tank, like an RTA, and you don't have to drip (or squonk). Am I in a ballpark? Can an RDTA be used just like an RTA? Off to watch some videos. Learning curve.
The flavour is usually great like an rda because the coil is closer to the drip tip than most rtas. No long chimney.
Earlier rdtas have side airflow (like the Limitless Plus and Avocado 22 and 24.
Later designs have bottom/side af like the Galaxies or bottom af like the Serpent. The Pryo 2 (another squonkable rdta like the galaxies) has top air. I'm sure there are plenty other variations but these are the ones I own.

That is good to hear that they resolved it for you. I hate the idea of resorting to a dispute, especially since I was very pleased with my first order from them. Plus, it has by far the best prices for the Solo mods that I am needing.

Agree. Wholeheartedly. I have disputed and won a few times, I would have gladly let the vendor sell me the product as per the agreement when I purchased it. But if they failed to do that, yeah, gimme my money back by whatever means I need to take to get it.

I'll go further and speak the undercurrent as I understand it. There are X number of men who see and hear "firm woman" and feel very very threatened. Those types of men label a firm woman as a radical. Yet a man who is labeled firm is highly desired. No double standard there! Those types of men are the majority who have been in positions of power for 1000's of years. Yet look at all the tragedies they've left in their wake. It's well documented in history.
Same types of men who fear women in power. Same types who to this day feel a woman's place is in the home in a 'traditional' role. Same types who believe a Woman is not an Equal. Same types who believe a woman should be subservient. Same types who treat women like crap or bully them. I could go on and on.
Besides women, I see several groups of Humans as having not attained true equality in a white male dominated, and controlled, society. And what I've stated is no knock on guys as I am merely stating unspoken truths all already know. And I know dang well this is another one of those uncomfortable 'things' to talk about. Too bad, I love stirring the pot. It makes for a far better meal!

Tried looking around but haven't been able to figure this part out.

Your VV hilo fused clapton ni80 is actually 28x2 (core)/35 (wrap).
To figure this out I forced myself to learn how to use the Steam Engine Wire Wizard tool.
If I am off, I know our dear @AngeNZ will kindly let me know. So then.... 3 wraps will give you ~0.25Ω (w/2.5 ID) or 0.3Ω (w/3 ID).
But ...... look at your mod to make sure that is the resistance.
The fast and easy way to figure this out on your own is simply to wrap like say 5 wraps, screw that on your deck, then read the resistance on your mod. If it's too high take off a wrap or two and reread the Ω's. Too low, add a wrap or two. Very simple.
Some use the Steam Engine Wire Wizard tool but I find that too, ummm... cumbersome for my brain. Here is the tutorial I used for learning wire wizard tool. Ange is an expert with using it.
Personally I hate all that left-brained mumbo jumbo. I just improvise until I find my happy place. Simple and easy. K.I.S.S. for me.

Is it a dual core fused clapton (2*28/35)? Also does the spool have an Ohm's/ft rating like Coilology wire does?
SMT's post just covered pretty much everything. The other app that is good for working out coil resistance (and Ohms Law related questions) is Vape Tool.

Insert better, airier... the rta even drilled out as much as I could was tight as heck. The rdta I can get happy zone af. I like an rdta over an rda when I’m traveling/driving... no oops dry hits because I can see the juice well.
