I know, I'm asking a lot of this poor thing. It's very happy with the Doggy, though. You know that ProVari was originally designed to be used with cartomizers, don't you?As much as I loved mine, it's been re-homed several years ago.

It's the second time in as many years (I think) such a party started a fire, too. Dumbos.Lucky you. 104°F here. And more wildfires--some feeble-minded CA residents had a gender-reveal party (of all reasons to have a party) with fireworks.Fireworks in 110°F temps and 7% humidity, surrounded by dry grasses and dead brush. Thousand of acres burning.
Ah, thanks for the reminder. It has been a while since I tried that combo, and I really enjoy it.I know, I'm asking a lot of this poor thing. It's very happy with the Doggy, though.
If you mean unflavored base, Heartland has 3mg and up. Usually the best price, good nicOk, need someone to point me to quantities of premixed plain juice.
I don't want to mix stuff right now, although I'm open to it in the future.
Oh, and explain it to me like I'm 5. I want easy storage and easy...well everything. Am I asking too much?
At work, so I may miss replies.
Edit: IF I have to mix, as few steps as possible. I'm not lazy just not really excited about doing it.
Keep calm RobThank you to everyone for your replies. I have had a night to sleep on it. I have decided to go talk to the manager today. Wish me luck.....for both me and him. I am not happy, but calmed down enough to have a rational conversation. I hope for his sake that he doesn't try to BS me or become unreasonable.
We've had a lot of fires this year too. Thanks @Skunk! I know it hasn't been easy over there either. If you want a change of scenery, you could go skiing in Denver on Wednesday.![]()
All my favorite places in CA are burning.Sorry about that.
The Santa Ana winds are expected tomorrow, so we're just bracing ourselves. High heat, low humidity and devil winds. Add a long-neglected power grid that can't keep up--thousands of CA residents without electricity, again. For days.
There are quite a few fires in Southern California right now. We went out to Pahrump and it's bad there too. They just issued a health advisory here. I took a couple pictures. The sun looks creepy.

Thanks. Someone on fb posted this pic of the Creek Fire from an airplane.
View attachment 905815 I think it's where we are getting all the smoke from.
What about holding the 17 yr old responsible for going to the shop?Keep calm Rob![]()

Sounds more like a disciplinary issue between Parent & Child
The people here are watching your fires with concern. We went through this hell last summer and understand how helpless and scared you guys are feeling. Fingers crossed that you get rain soon Skunk. We've had a lot of fires this year too.Colorado sounds wonderful right about now. Our temperatures dropped a lot today but now the wind is blowing like crazy.
All my favorite places in CA are burning.Haven't been out there yet this year. I usually go 3-4 times a year. The West needs rain, and lots of it.
Got my stabwood knife from Asmodus. Green instead of the blue I ordered, but I'm not even going to mention it to them. It's fine.
How do I close the dang thing, though?
We're just getting a Heat Break in TexasWhere is our FT LaborDay Code
Found some...Should they be out of trees by now?
Just in case you have trouble posting pics.most likely it has a piece of metal by the hinge pin that rest on the blade, needs pushing away or a lock on the back.If you can we want to see that pic.Got my stabwood knife from Asmodus. Thanks, Rob. I'm an inept and inexperienced taker of pictures, so these are terrible and blurry. I'm also not entirely sure what you need to see. If none of these is it, let me know what I need to do.Take a picture of the open knife. I collect knives also, and will be able to help you when I see the locking mechanism. Congrats on the new asMODus shiny!

I'd wait til the anger passes then think about it carefully. It's probably hard now but perspective is important. Whatever you do try not to make it personal and don't do anything you'd regret.
If I was in your shoes I'd take the business owner aside and give him a warning. Make it final. Tell him you know what's been going on and you're watching him. Hopefully that's enough. Good luck Rob.
Teenage boys are always pushing boundaries and that will never change. Your young fella has been man enough to tell you the truth. Kudos for that.
Keep calm Rob![]()
I agree with a lot of what has been said so far. The only thing I haven't seen is I think it is also a legal issue for someone underage to attempt to purchase. Being a father of six, I've been down this type of road before and I would think the best option would be for your son to understand the legal side of his actions which you most likely have done already. I would be concerned with the way things are today to say anything to the owner(s). It's already plain that they don't care or follow policy. In a couple of days they may not be around anyway. The 17 year old is being held accountable, believe me. There is also the legal issue between the authorities and the store that is selling to minors.
Thanks for your input.![]()
