IMO they're about the same. Some people prefer one over the other. I don't think it makes a difference.

I agree with Katya. Wouldn't be surprised if they're all made at the same factory. SXK, YFTK, Ulton, Coppervape, ST and the nonames. :D
I think the YFTK is next on my list. Either that, or I order another one of the colored versions. The blue looks nice, but not sure about the PC tank.

What are some decent cheap single coil restrictive 2 mouth to lung type rta's that are out there right now? I wanted to at least be capable of a somewhat restrictive direct lung and not something like the Berserker or even as restrictive as the doggy style. Like restrictive but not super restrictive. I want to use it in a direct to lung fashion but I don't want it to be something I have to take really deep breaths with
I am behind, so I'm guessing you've received some replies already. :)

I would take a serious look at the Dvarw MTL FL. $16.83 Dvarw MTL FL Styled RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer - 5ml (22*19.5mm (OD*ID)) / w/ 10*air inserts / stainless steel + glass / 22mm diameter at FastTech - Free Shipping
That one comes with 10 different AF inserts so you can choose the one that suits you best (proper MTL to airy).

I have a Dvarw MTL FL and installed the 2x2.0mm AF insert which is the most airy. It's a lovely MTL. Dvarw's are known for their great flavor. They are easy to build on and maintain.

Others I would recommend would be the Kayfun lite 2019 (22mm and 24mm) and the Tripod. I have those and they're excellent. FT also sells both.

Hope that helps. :D

ETA: added links for the last two

That's a good idea. Today, for example, if I had a Dvarw up and running, I would call it Grumpy. During allergy season, it would be Sneezy. On rare occasions, it would be Happy.

And so forth.
I put would my money on you being being able to name all seven. ;)

Been Wondering the same thing. Do far all I've gotten is they are different clone manufactures but what is the difference between them. Posted a similar question at FastTechForum
I do not think there is any difference. All the cloners aim for 1:1's of an authentic rba.

goodbye
I'll look into it, thanks. Not really familiar with that site, but looks legit.

BTW, you can just call me Redbird if you want. Or Red, if it's more convenient. But Snow White works to.

Red's out, unless your last name is Forman or Riding Hood.:D

@AvaOrchid - I'm a restricted DL vaper, really love the sxk haku riviera rdta: $18.63 SXK Haku Riviera Styled RDTA Rebuildable Dripping Tank Atomizer - 316 stainless steel / 22mm diameter at FastTech - Free Shipping

It's what I use on my two ADV squonkers. For squonk use stuff a bit of cotton or rayon into the eliquid hole and it's leakproof

It's $11.17 using code FASTTECH

Very easy to coil and wick.

Very good flavor.

Potential negatives:

Only 2ml capacity (in my case, squonking, that's a shrug).

Potential leaking out of the eliquid inlet hole (if you lay it on its side),

On the dvarw dl fl, if you get it and like restricted dl, make sure it comes with the 2x2mm air insert, else pick it up as a separate part.

Dvarw mtl fl might be another contender, again make sure the one you get has the 2x2mm air insert. (Inserts for dl fl and mtl dl are not compatible - slightly different form factor). Mtl fl can handle up to a 2mm twisted 26 4-wrap coil.

For the mtl fl there's an sxk mtl fl top fill kit add-on; though only 3.5ml it can be handy if you vape a lot. (I don't want to unscrew 510 connectors multiple times per day).

I find your lack of faith disturbing...

You guys and FT.
I have no patience. Can't wait for the slow boat.
Not much I need anymore.
4 Billets, crap ton of bridges and coils to go with em. 8 boros, enough gaskets to last a lifetime.

Really, really the only thing I'm remotely interested in is a side by side. Even then I'm in no rush.

On the funny side (to me), watching a movie and my sub just walked across the floor...scared the hell out of the cat. Wish I'd recorded it.

I bought one of the recommended generic dvarw mtl fl clones, and yesterday the SXK MTL FL top fill arrived (the ones that's $12 at FT - the $5 part is just a replacement part for the plastic tank body section).

It's up to snuff, good sxk machining as usual, fits fine, JFC works well (spin the 510 mouthpiece to rotate the JFC tank cover).

Only "gotcha" is being careful on wicking. I'd been lazy on take 1, the wicking was sticking out a bit too much from the wick ports (I should have trimmed it flush). Turning the jfc nudged the wick back in, made a small hole, so it leaked [emoji3] Operator error, not a design issue.

I'll do take 2 wicking today, test it on an Armour Pro then move it to the Mixx. Overall I expect it to be a two thumbs up part, I'm really hoping they also come out with the top fill for the dl fl.

I'm glad it looks like a winner for you  The Kloners, apart from SXK seem to have completely skipped the DL FL accessory market, which is a PITA as it's such a good RTA

Hopefully it was just the tiny flakes of green plastic.

Your wick looks totally awesome. I've been running at 40w since I read and replied to your post. No issues at all. In the photo I posted my wick isn't drying out. It's rather moist with juice.

I think the SXK Dvarw DL FL rocks!!! :D
Thanks for the applied brain power. No vape question ever goes unanswered in this awesome thread. And the good news - no more strange taste from the DL FL:thumb:

I've been running this lil Pulse v2 ragged over the last 10 days, road testing it out. The result? It's an absolute beauty

    Size wise:
it's wider than my other bf mods, but it's the lightest, so even my small hands find it no problem to hold, fire and squonk. It's also a lot more ergonomic than the older Pulse mods with rounded ends. It's similar in dimensions to an Inbox v3.

    Squonking:
It has a bottom fill feature. Flip it upside down, unscrew the cap (same as a battery cap), stick your bottle in and fill. It's simple and it works really well.

The squonk bottle is a bit firmer than older pulse bottles, pretty close to a dotsquonk bottle for firmness. You get a spare squonk bottle with the mod, or you can buy spares. It will also take Pulse 80w bottles no problem, but you obviously lose the bottom fill feature.

    The Chip:
It uses the same chip that's in the VV Swell. Battery life seems to be pretty amazing. You can download the VV App, connect your mod via BT and create custom wattage/voltage curves, and tweak your TC settings.

I've been boring and I'm using it in wattage mode, running a custom curve from the App. I need to do a TC build on this ;)

    Life proof:
It's not IP67 rated like the Aegis Squonk mod, but it does have Waterproof Chip and PCB (w/o the battery).

    Overall:
The fact that it takes a 21700 battery, looks amazing, fantastic chip, is light weight, completely trouble free, and has bottom refilling makes it a winner
