Can't tell you. I've always suspected that they are all made in the same factory anyway.
I have several clones (SXK, Tobeco, YFTK, SJMY, etc.) of different atties and they are all OK. But my no-name MTL FL Dvarws are fine, too.

If you can find an Ulton made clone it's usually worth the extra few bucks in my experience.

Unfortunately the only Ulton Dvarw I saw on FT was the 16mm version. While I have also heard good things about Ulton clones, 16mm is too small to be practical for my use.
If you want to try something different i would go for the Hellvape Destiny rta.
Been using it for a couple of months and so far and in my limited experience i gotta say it has performed admirably.
Easy coil placement,easy wicking,no leaking and it looks pretty good,only con i can think of is the drip tip,don't like it but that has an easy solution.
Here you got all 5 colors,with and without bubble glass.
Price wise they are pretty cheap,depending on the place between 20 and 30 bucks.

I appreciate the suggestion Cloud, but that one is a bit too high wattage for my tastes. I do have a couple of the MTL Hellvape MDs, but I haven't tried them yet. I probably should try them, I have had them for a few months now.

What are some decent cheap single coil restrictive 2 mouth to lung type rta's that are out there right now? I wanted to at least be capable of a somewhat restrictive direct lung and not something like the Berserker or even as restrictive as the doggy style. Like restrictive but not super restrictive. I want to use it in a direct to lung fashion but I don't want it to be something I have to take really deep breaths with
Have you tried the Hellvape Destiny or OFRF Gear RTA's? They should both fit the bill. Either can be very open DL, set up as MTL or anything in between.
I've got both something a little bit more restrictive... actually I'm having a hard time describing it because I don't have anything that is exactly like what I want. I'm pretty sure if I almost close the airflow on the destiny especially that it would be the right air flow but I need something that that is normal rather than air flow shut off if that makes any sense
