Nah,not a fan of disco.
Mod in question gave me a vibe of true 80's Pop/Rock/New Wave, something like this:

You know there is a disco ball in that video and that beat is very disco. And that mullet. Oy

However, Ange could get creative and cut some hair off of Meredith, Scottish Highland cow, and glue it on her new psychedelic mod.

She would then have a one of a kind 80's Mullet Mod!!! :D

Surely disco was more of a seventies thing.
Surely, but there was disco music carryover into the 80's and the mullet's. Thank heavens I never had a mullet. I kept my long hair from the 70's through to this day.

Disco as a musical genre is totally different than a Disco Ball.

Disco Balls are timeless and i dare you to say otherwise ;)

P.S: Dance Hall Days=No Disco, mix of genres like New Wave, Pop Rock, Synth-pop...but Disco? nah, none of that in that song.
Sir, I will meet your challenge and "dare" with...

Did you know Pink Floyd was using a glitter ball before disco was ever a brain fart in some non-geniuses mind. :pervy:

Would you like an impartial and highly professional opinion from an audio engineer?

Hang on... I can arrange this.

Dear @Pigs your professional opinion is needed here. What say you? Does the Wang Chung music video Cloud posted have that basic disco beat going? Try to ignore the fact that they are using a disco ball and the lead singer has a mullet.

Usual BPM for Disco was about 120,song in question is about 103.
Apart from that yeah as you said some disco music influence carried over into the 80's but the same can be said about multiple genres of music.

Musical genres and defining them is not an easy task, take this for example:

Techno recording but from the 70's? that is like 10 years before they even started doing similar stuff in Detroit,we have Juan Atkins to thank for that,he is the one that started Techno as a musical genre.

Once it moved over to Europe that is when it evolved and took on several variations.

Same as country music had it's origins in Blues, the genres of music that made rock what it is,well the list is to long to say but yeah several genres of music carried into other genres of music, all part of history.

Not a sound engineer but i did work in the radio for about 10 years or so and even longer as a dj in clubs, pubs, private events etc etc (in my younger years) so yeah i do kinda know a bit about all this hehe

P.S: Dang,2 am here...didn't know it was this late,talk to you tomorrow guys,have a good one :)

Be that as it may, it still isn't disco.

Here's some disco:

(Note: I hated disco from the moment I first heard it in 1974. Quite fond of Luciano Rossi, though, despite this song.)

I always think of country as deriving more from traditional British folk music than from blues.

So pp is still accepting sourcemore order payments. THC Artemis rdta ss was finally on the 24h page. Picked up one and a aromamizer v3 in ss as well. If I like the Artemis rdta I'll get a couple more in gunmetal.
Are you going single on the aromamizer?
