We’re swarmed with the suckers here. They get on the picture window at night (outside) and drive the poor cat berserk trying to get to them. She’s frantically batting, and they’re nonplussed
I thought you'd have Geckos in your area. Are they the invasive Asian House Geckos like the one in my pic or a native species?

Mostly rosy geckos. They’re a lovely translucent opally pink. We have some tan ones too. No idea about native vs transplant. Probably all interlopers that came in on transatlantic ships with the palmetto bugs since we have a large port. Next time cat hacks one up on the screen porch I’ll check lol. Them and anoles are dime a dozen down here. I love their little sticky pad feet. For some reason, it reminds me of ET

I have a few guesses, but may be wrong on all counts.

1. If your set is one of many, and hers is her one and only, your kit is getting more rest time to cool down and stay cool. Your wife may be using hers frequently and not giving it time to rest so that it stays a bit warmer and she runs more juice through the system during the day.

2. If Veronica's mod is riding around in a purse, it may get bounced around more than your mod. You may have the same amount of brown building up in your kit, but hers is getting mixed and shaken to keep the brown distributed though all of the liquid in the tank. Kind of like a vinegar/oil salad dressing.

3. I may be so far wrong that I'm outta this world. It is aliens. Yep, aliens, taking their invisible hits off your wife's kit and their alien breath is turning the juice brown.
My theory is that she's inadvertantly firing the mod in her bag and getting the coil super hot therefore burning the cotton.... who knows :)

    Morning shinies ;)

    Sweaty bloody night again tonight

Fan back on, lights out zzzzzzz

I'm struggling and it's only 30°C inside my house at night. But that's nothing compared to the temps you get over there

Just discovered a shop selling a VA Cyclone and '350 Phenom mech for less than $7 a piece. I couldn't not buy them. I've seen a couple of American sites with classic Pinnoy mechs listed but once import duties kick in they become totally unrealistic as a proposition. Still, now we have Brexited from the EU everywhere is no longer a viable option for shopping. This is going to severely curtail my addiction to the shopping cart :D
Yeah bought some Chef's flavours Big order....didn't pay vat but paid import duty to France of 25% Bas***ds
Brexit is the worst thing that's happened to the UK in a long time.....almost worse than covid:grr:

Does she have a case that could hold the mod and protect the fire button? I've used a hard shell eyeglasses case for my box shaped mods to protect them in my purse. I still do the clicky button to turn off the power, so the case is as much to keep fuzzies out of the drip tip as anything else.

Always been the highlight of my trips down south to see anoles everywhere.

Hey all, happy Monday <3 I've been a little out of the loop lately so I'm not sure when this was announced but after a few years of patiently waiting, Lost Vape finally did a proper Therion version 2.

Thelema DNA250C MOD – Lost Vape

It's built on a C frame with customizable doors and everything. I'm pretty excited for this one. The Therion is still my all time favorite regulated mod and they're the first mods I reach for in my collection when I get tired of swapping batts in my mech tubes. Two hundred bucks is pretty steep but what the hell. My DNA 166 is still in service after 3 years. As a matter of fact, I'm using it right now.

An unknown variety? Maybe they’ll name it after you... megapigantula
    I like it...Megapigantula cockroachios

Many species of spiders in Australia are yet to be classified. One US arachnologist famously said "I love coming down under. Every time I stop the car at one of the pile of rocks you guys call a mountain range, I flip over a few stones and bingo - another new species."
The scientists discover new types every year. Not sure about this one - it doesn't match any in my field guides - probably overlooking something.

Wow. That bites. I was expecting the same with an Atmo order from Greece, fortunately the labelling erred in my favour.

Here's a sneak preview of the sunrise on the 24th January for those in the northern hemisphere

Gorgeous!!!! Thanks so much for that! In Boston we may not get out of the teens later this week and subzero over night. Some snow tomorrow night as well. But I’m not REALLY complaining because it’s been above average temperatures for January so far.

I remember Vapor Range having a really big sale on Lustros and Colossus mods in later summer/early fall. Like 15 bucks a mod.

They often have Asmodus sales so like you said it’s always good to check there.

I ended up buying two of them because I loved them so much! I have the gunmetal and black ones. Haven’t seen them on sale very often.

I need a new roof. It was old when I bought the house 25 years ago. Never had any leaks though until 2 weeks ago.
Got 2 estimates each for just under &12k :w00t::w00t:!!
