Aww. It's never easy with any of them. It's love and they bring so much of it to our lives. For me it feels harder, or more difficult, with the passing of each one. But I wouldn't trade those feelings or the great memories for anything in the World. Thanks, she seemed to be trying to hang on until spring so she could die outside under the sun.

I’m sorry. After Monk passed, every so often I’d think I heard his nails on the hardwood, and would catch myself expecting him to come around the corner. Our hearts just don’t want to let them go
Love it....no light pollution there by the looksThat is amazing! I have been obsessed with the sky since I was a kid.
This is a spot we go to on my road where I live. The picture does it no justice. View attachment 931519 The huskies were wet.. we went swimming right before this pic![]()

That's beautiful. It looks so peaceful. I could sit there for hours on end and feel truly amazing.
I saved your photo's and @AngeNZ's to use as desktop pics.
You are both excellent photographers!
@DeloresRose, I know you have the creative skills inside of you with your still kind of new camera. Please share some of your photo's.
You folks have me thinking about buying a decent camera.
Perhaps we should consider popping up a thread in the Lounge for cool photo's and all things photography. I think that would be way cool. Many of us have never been to other places around our world. I think folks would enjoy the heck out of that. Just thinkin' out loud!

These are some of my locals. Most are common everyday birds, but this is the first white-capped and bluebird I've seen in my yard.
Just up above where I live on the Gorge du Blavet looking out south over my village from the vantage point. Too much light for a good milky way pic but overall it's a goody I think...he says modestly
