@DeloresRose's link works for me.

I would blame it on Google and their news content fight with the Australian government. Wonder if Google is messing you folks in Australia???

Try getting to it through DuckDuckGo or Bing.

Alternatively you could try bypassing whatever DNS servers you are currently using and try the free DNS servers from OpenDNS. I've used OpenDNS for years. They're fast. It'll only take you minutes to try them. Just write down the IP addresses of your current DNS servers so you can go back if you need to.

Good luck :)

ETA: I just tried searching for the Mabee Marsh Wildlife Area via Google and it works for me.
Yup...some USA sites block content outside the US but I've no idea why.... probably bad programming!!

Anybody out there with experience building the Peacemaker? I woke up today and decided to build and wick it. Lovely prez from Javi Cloud. I did this just because it seemed easy enough, without a video watch. After I built it, 3.0 diameter, coming in at .32 ohms, and then wicked it and took some great hits, I decided to watch a video. The guy cut his cotton tails much shorter than I did. I know there is a fine line always, burnt hits or leaking, which is your preference while experimenting. LOL.
I have not seen any leaking and just wondering and a bit on edge if I will get a burnt hit. My tails were fairly long, they tucked in nicely without bending or scrunching.

Just finished setting up my first Dvarw. I used the 2.5mm insert, and the coil--kanthal--is 2.5mm as well. I chose rayon as the wicking material and followed the exocet method. So far, so good. I sure do wish the tank were made of glass. though.

Which one did you order?

Sounds amazing Delores.

I get a Page Not Found message when I hit that link or even google the words Mabee Marsh Wildlife Area

Unless it’s suddenly top secret, I have no idea why. But then I have heard a Australia has blocked a lot of news and SM out of USA - probably for your own good so our crazy doesn’t spread. I’ll poke around my older pictures and see what I can find from there. I got mute swans at Ottawa Wildlife Refuge last year. But that was all, then we went into lockdown.

Get yourself a VPN, @Pigs, so you can become an American as needed.
Good idea for Netflix reasons previously discussed too.

As for becoming an American...hmmm...might leave that one. Can live the American Dream vicariously through you guys.

I'm only one-third American, in Chrome. As far as Firefox and Edge are concerned, I'm English.

No Australia hasn't blocked any news and there would be huge public outrage if our gov did anything that authoritarian.
What happened was that the Aus government proposed laws to force Google and Facebook to pay for news content gleaned from other sources - in other words all their news.

Google went straight to the bargaining table but Zuckerberg slapped a ban on all news for Australian Facebook users. Heavy handed tactic that immediately backfired. Facebook mistakenly also blocked access to emergency services and other vital info for their users. The outcry was massive and now Facebook have lifted the ban and gone into negotiations.

This has all been unfolding in the last few weeks.

Just checked: if I try to load the Magee portal in FF or Edge, I get that "page not found" message. In Chrome, I'm fine.

That's interesting

Like I said though when I search through Chrome on my phone it's fine. Chrome through my wifi gets the page not found.

EDIT No I got that wrong it was another page discussing Magee Wildlife area that opens on my phone. The Ohiodnr.gov link is closed to me on both devices.
Looks like a VPN is the go Zaz

If you look follow your ft dvarw link and from there go into the forum posts on the last page they posted the serpent smm glass fits and they list the size orings you'll need.
