I had to drive an hour and a half to get the first shot. I felt fine until later that evening. I just felt wiped out tired, and my arthritic joints were achy... but that was it. Gone in about 24 hours. I was a nervy mess because the bulk of the drive is on a 28 mile bridge... no escape if I started to feel yucky. I was all worried for nothing

Oh god a 28 mile bridge? Nope nope nope nope nope

I have family nearby, but they’re not being as careful as I think they should be, and I wouldn’t want to be in a car with them truth be told. I’m sure it’ll be fine. And I’ll finally roll my odometer over 2,000! :D

Any 28-mile long bridges on your way? I hope not. You can always pull over and ask for help. But nothing bad will happen to you on your way home. Once you've been cleared to go home, it takes at least 6-8 hours for any flu-like symptoms to develop. First is a sore arm. Then fatigue, maybe some chills, headache.

And don't take any anti-inflammatory meds BEFORE the shot--after that it's OK if you're not feeling well.

My sentiment exactly. It’s really hard to hold my breath for 35 minutes . I HATE bridges. The length of this one is particularly cruel.
The thought of the coveted vaccine on the other side of it was enough to get me across.

Nope. Not happening. Fear of heights. Fear of bridges. No.

We have a bridge on one of the local freeways that spans a deep deep ravine. It's at the bottom of a steep hill on a 110km/h speed limit stretch and has 2 huge wind socks either end.
It's in a natural wind tunnel and everyone drives 120 - 130km/h including the big rigs. One of my nightmare scenarios.

Oh, We have no problems getting cannabis and cbd here. All legal and kosher and widely available. It's the nic that will land you in jail. Welcome to la-la land.
Goodness me. That is soooo wrong...on so many levels. Bureaucracy at it's finest :w00t:

Kale is such a distressing subject... let’s change the subject

Anything new and exciting coming out (that I won’t be able to buy ) ???
I was responsible for another detour into kale territory a couple of years ago. The foray was similarly stressful for everyone concerned. I apologize.

Lawdy, I read that as mph ... I was going to ask what kind of race car everyone drove.

Looks like I have a Siegfried rta on the way. FT sent a note that the foxy would be delayed again so I asked them to send the rta. Liking the foxy but already have 2 and another on the way. CS120 is still my favorite device and don't see that changing. Since the Siegfried is bottom fed I might break down and try the mesh strip. Not sure though, last thing I need is another rabbit hole.

True...BN is amongst the cleanest of NETs. Taste and flavor is very good to. Their new line I have to say I find kinda vile...taste and smell reminds me of used car oil

Looks like everyone agreed with you. They quickly discontinued the whole new line and kept to their wonderfully realistic standards.

I'm envious of what you do with tobacco. I'd experiment but I swore off nicotine years ago and I'm afraid that it would creep in.

You mean the nicotine from the tobacco...?
Nah it don't contain any nicotine....minute trace quantities actually. I have to add...similar to when we make any vape juice.

there are plenty of places near me to get the vaccine but they are still doing 65+ and high risk does not come in until after that. All states set their own guidelines
I'm surprised at that....you need it more than everyone else. I got in on the over 75's here....can't you get a script from your Dr?

If not....stay really safe

No, you don't need to be worried. My DLs aren't burning wicks and I'm running 5 of them. Snow White/@Redbird11 has a gazillion on the go. From what @charlie1465's said, I think he's just talking about one in particular?
I've got four on the go at any one time....the only one that doesn't get the problem is a fruit with no sweetener. All the rest are creams/custard.

I think it's a combination of the sweeteners and the top cap getting hot.... they're ok for about 4-5 days then yuk...how often do you rewick/re-coil?
