I bought me this FreeMax autopod 50. Man this thing is a beast. Flavor and coil longevity is insane.
Check out the coil...compared to a Aspire 0.7 mesh (just about my favourite mesh coil)

It's just crazy for a pod system.
so happy to hear this as I found them on sale and bought four without trying them out. Figured if it is Freemax I would love it

Yep....cbd, cannabis's cousin. My friend is having the most wonderful experience with it atm...and i'm highly intrigued.
He's was diagnosed with bipolar some 7 years ago and went through a very difficult time. The last 2 years his medicine is kinda sorted, so he's been kinda stable to. Problem is the damn Lithium that he is on leaves him with the dreaded hand shakes...very irretating and stigmatizing.
He's been smoking cannabis to calm him, but that has it's own problems... major one for him is, he can't go look for work as it will be picked up in his blood.
Two weeks ago he finally convinced the doctor to prescribe him cbd as he wants to try that.
It is working wonders for him. The shakes has subsided so much that he can actually write again..couldn't do that for the last 5 years.
He says his mind is clear, calm and relaxed...in situations that would've normally stressed him out. He's even found a taxi driving job to keep himself busy...
I want me some of those...!!!
Lithium is a horrible medication. My brother was on it for years. Hand tremors and weight gain. He loved his weed too. There are better alternatives out there for Bi Polar. He should ask his DR

It’s about a 45-50 minute drive, I know that doesn’t sound like much but that’s a long drive for me.
Your side effects sound a lot like my fibromyalgia- which I’ve had for 20 years, so I’m not too worried about that. But it’d be really rough driving like that. And the thing is, the fibro will ramp up too, when anything else goes wrong with me, so it could be affected by side effects from the shots.

I’m sure it’ll be fine though, I’m just a little anxious. Heck I’m anxious just about driving there lol.
You'll be fine

Hiya folks.

Pops getting his covid shot today,he just came back from dialysis thou so after some lunch i put him to bed and then later to the medical center.
Lucky for us it's 2 streets from our home and the nurse told me he doesn't need to leave the car and go to the second floor.
She just told me to let them know when we get there and to park at the main door, nurse will come down and give him the shot which is perfect because after the dialysis my pops can't really walk around that much, blood pressure goes down so he always a bit dizzy.

But i am happy he is getting the shot today,i can rest assured he is a bit safer with the shot.

Vaping wise funny story, cops pulled me over today.

My broken down car has the driver window busted so it doesn't go down, had the passenger window half way down and i was vaping with my UA Sub ohm tank,my last coil is one of those 60w to 80w range type of coil so i was puffing and puffing but blowing out the smoke towards the passenger window.

Cops stopped me because they thought my car was on fire or something, they actually didn't believe a vaping mod could produce so much vapor.
Took a couple of puffs to prove how big of a cloud i was making and with a chuckle they let me go on my merry way.

Glad your Pop's getting his shot...big relief for you. I think that the way you look after him is amazing.

I've had a similar issue with the French gendarmes. I got stopped for speeding and they were writing out the ticket and I was standing there blowing big clouds and two of the gendarmes got out their tootle puffers and were asking me loads of questions about how I was getting so much vaper compared to theirs. I gave them a short lesson about how mine worked :D

Glad your dad is getting his shot, and also that they’re being so accommodating for him!

Good morning everyone.

If it hasn't been mentioned already, I just wanted to swing by and drop some info for anyone who is a fan of the OXVA Arbiter RTA. If you order from the OXVA US warehouse they are giving 20% off with the coupon code: US20. A $50 order qualifies you for free shipping.

Colors are limited.

This morning I was swapping RTA's on my Paramour SbS and noticed the 510 assembly was lose.

No biggie. Pulled out the T5 and removed the faceplate torx screws. Tightened the 510 nut. Put her back together and all is well again.

Rant...

I'm not a fan of any gear that is NOT well built. Cheap costs, crappy manufacturing may be acceptable to some, it isn't for me. It reflects very poorly on the manufacturer. Doesn't matter if it's a clone RTA or a mod, "crap in, crap out".

The Paramour is not in the same league, or anywhere near, the build quality of the Aspire Mixx or Dovpo College SbS mods.

Nailz had an issue with his Paramour. Someone in the Picture thread found the battery housing was freakin' glued into place. A loose 510 assembly, if manufactured properly, should not loosen itself over time.

I wouldn't recommend the Paramour SbS. It should have been a $25 mod, at best! Like many here I have mods that are fairly old and they never have issues. And some of them were low cost mods.

Most vapers would likely throw a mod with issues in the garbage. Many, for whatever reasons, would never take a mod apart to attempt a repair on their own.

Rant over. :D

I've got a paramour on the way but I did notice a discussion on FT about problems with the 510 coming loose.
I guess I really liked the idea of a small 21700 sbs but now after reading your post and the ft comments I'm kind of regretting it.
I agree SMT - can't stand crappy build quality

And don't take any anti-inflammatory meds BEFORE the shot--after that it's OK if you're not feeling well.
Exactly. In the outerly Covid thread a couple folks who have received their shots said the same thing. The folks administering the shots also brought that up. In fact they do not want you taking any pain meds after the shot. Reason being so they can accurately track any possible side effects people may have.

Retired1 posted about that in the Covid thread.

People getting the vaccine in the USA are supposed to register with Vsafe after receiving the vaccine. Vsafe is used for proper tracking after one receives the vaccine.

V-safe After Vaccination Health Checker
