Well I’ll have to ask about this. I take Nsaids every day. It’s the only way I can function.

If you have to take them, take them. So perhaps your vaccine will be a bit less effective. I'm not sure anybody knows for sure if and by how much. Novel vaccine, novel virus.

This morning I was swapping rta's on my Paramour SbS and noticed the 510 assembly was lose.

No biggie. Pulled out the T5 and removed the faceplate torx screws. Tightened the 510 nut. Put her back together and all is well again.

    Rant...

I'm not a fan of any gear that is NOT well built. Cheap costs, crappy manufacturing may be acceptable to some, it isn't for me. It reflects very poorly on the manufacturer. Doesn't matter if it's a clone rta or a mod, "crap in, crap out".

The Paramour is not in the same league, or anywhere near, the build quality of the Aspire Mixx or Dovpo College SbS mods.

Nailz had an issue with his Paramour. Someone in the Picture thread found the battery housing was freakin' glued into place. A loose 510 assembly, if manufactured properly, should not loosen itself over time.

I wouldn't recommend the Paramour SbS. It should have been a $25 mod, at best! Like many here I have mods that are fairly old and they never have issues. And some of them were low cost mods.

Most vapers would likely throw a mod with issues in the garbage. Many, for whatever reasons, would never take a mod apart to attempt a repair on their own.

    Rant over. :D

Annie Paramour repaired and back in business...

Mine came loose again, I glued it the 2nd time, and it still has a little play, it's been put away for now, it looks really good, just not made really good unfortunately, it's well over priced for what it is, glad I got it on a good sale.

You mean sweet, sweet H in eliquid form? Where do I sign up?

No, I was hoping for good ole nic eliquids, but I agree with @Territoo --nicotine is still public enemy #1 and it's not going to happen. Other drugs--this way, please. Free to all.

Well in all fairness, they aren't making hard drugs legal. They probably just know that some addicts are going to do them no matter what. So they are promoting ways to lead to less infections and disease. I don't have a problem with that.

But that's exactly my point, Red. The same authorities that give away free hard drugs are trying to totally ban vaping, which is a safer way of delivering LEGAL nicotine to people who are addicted to it. And we, vapers, don't even ask for freebies. We are willing to pay. And pay taxes.

Anyway, I don't want to derail this thread anymore with discussing the subjects we're not allowed to discuss here, anyway. Just SMH.

:D Have you ever gone across the beautiful San Diego-Coronado Bridge? It's only 200 feet up in the center and IIRC a short two miles. When in San Diego I always crossed it to visit a favorite family owned bakery on Coronado. Lovely people and some of the best bakery around. Driving across is fine. Ferry or water taxi, no thanks, too slow.

Many memories down in that whole area...

Did they ever create the proposed bike lane across? That would be fun. ;)

Blindfolded and sedated, no problem.

    Ooooh, you’re brave!!! ;)

I can handle the Lake Pontchartrain causeway because it's so low. I was in NO once many years ago (preKatrina). It's when they start putting bridges in the ozone layer, that I have problems. Some of these turnpike ramps in DFW bother me. I'm afraid of heights.

It's called harm reduction. Facing reality and helping people instead of pretending the world is perfect and punishing people for their addictions.
    I'm all for it.

    Calling all Paramour users! @Nailz , @charlie1465 , @ShowMeTwice @NolaMel

Is there a way to flip the screen? (not in the manual) The way mine came, the up button is down and the down is up. I know I'm in the southern hemisphere but c'mon!

First impression about the 510 is that the actual 510 pin (not the whole assembly) is very springy and even wobbles side to side with easy pressure. It's reading a 0.58 Ohm build at 0.62 Ohms which isn't disastrous but is a bit annoying.

I love the small size with a 21700. Pretty light weight. Threads on the battery cap are a bit crunchy but not terrible - think Pico 75W.
First impression is that it's firing a bit hot but that could be because of the resistance reading.

The placement of the up and down buttons is right in the way of my ring finger. Will need to lock those for sure with the way I hold it.

Not in the same league as the Mixx imo. Not even close.

Only had it for an hour so these are very much first impressions.
