I agree about the luxe Q. It's always in my farm top pocket, and I only notice it's there when I grab it.

Which brings me to my problem. My jacket pockets are filthy - lint, fluff, feathers, dust, dirt and of course crap. How do I stop this crap, going into the mouthpiece? The first time I noticed it, I blew out the airflow. But I now keep it in a lil plastic seal top bag, which is a PITA but does the trick.

Anyone got a better idea to keep your pod crap free?
reverse the pockets and vacuum them :)
Wash them if possible.

Short term fix for sure. But since I'm working on a farm in dusty, muddy, fluffy, feathered and crappy (literally) conditions, my pockets will be back to filthy the next day

Could you fashion some kind of cap for the mouthpiece?

Yup, maybe a silicone beanie for it? I've got a few silicone sleeves for my picos. Even using one of them as a bag might be better than the plastic.

Or I just find a similar pod that does come with a cap.

Maybe a knife sheath. You could just open the flap and take a hit without needing to remove the mod. If you were closer I'd mail you a few cs120 sheaths that came with the mods.

How about those finger cots? You know the ones that look like tiny condoms?

What's better flavour and/or airflow wise:
    Boxx/Qbix or Boxx/Mobb?
I switched over to my Mobb/boro in the Boxx about 20 mins ago so it's probably a good time to answer that.

Using the same build and juice in both - I know this isn't scientific but I get more depth of flavour from the Mobb mini and a sweeter taste from the Qbix.
Both are really good rbas but the Qbix has more af pin options plus an afc ring that works really well for fine tuning.
The Qbix has big, beefy post screws and the Mobb has tiny ones.

You can't use the Qbix in an Abyss but you can use the Mobb in an Abyss. Both work in Billets and Boxxes and other boro devices like the Supbox and the Delro.

On a practical level it's great to be able to change out the wick or rebuild in the Qbix with a full tank. The Mobb (like any boro rba ) needs an emtied boro tank to re-wick or rebuild.

Both the Mobb Mini (clone) and the Qbix are cheap and easy to get at the moment. Sorry to sit on the fence, but I'd say if you're going to buy a Boxx then get both!

    Good morning shinies

@Pigs so are we saying that the Mobb and the Qbix have the same amount of draw in the Boxx. I ask because I remember from Todd's review that even the 1.8 Nautilus coil had too much air for an MTL vape (what it's normally used for). I have both but haven't tried them yet??

Have a good day everyone

Hi Charlie. I'd say the Mobb fully open has more air than the Qbix fully open but I've got the 3mm af pin in the Mobb to restrict it a bit and have the 3.5 mm af pin in the Qbix with the afc ring closed to kind of match that.

So yes- the way I have them setup, the draw is similar.

I may be a bit out here but that's how it seems to me.

Thanks....so wide open plenty of air then. I think that's what @AngeNZ needs. I know you like a quite RDL probably a little bit more than me. With my BB's I tend to prefer some bespoke panels that open up the air intake a bit.....same with the dot aio.

Hope the lockdown is not proving too boring :)

The lockdown not changing much for me so far. Working from my home studio and it's school holidays. If the lockdown extends past the current two weeks, and includes home schooling, then It'll be a lot harder. We'll see.

And about those bespoke panels...c'mon Charlie!! Post some more photos of those gorgeous things!!

Glad it's not upset the schedule too much but home schooling can be tough but I guess for two weeks it's no biggy. I hope it does the trick and they don't extend it.

I'll post some pics in a bit!!

My only vape RTA wise....well almost.... you're going to love it.

And it's never too early to see you!!

I do like the other one, so I imagine I’ll like this one too. A little tighter draw than I normally do though. I have loads and loads of fabulous RDAs but only a few really great RTAs so I’m always on the hunt.

That's not bad at all. I doubt the small path I would like redone would be more than 5-700 with that guy but would have to get quotes from locals. It's a little far back on the list though. I have been waiting five weeks for tree trimmers to come trim trees in the front yard and we want to get six windows replaced on the front of the house. I don't know if there will be anything left after that to do the walkway.

Everything has been so out of wack it seems. I always had trouble finding anyone to do any work here (because I’m off the beaten path a bit, nobody here does it, and nobody from elsewhere knows where I am lol). But this past year even the workers I used to rely on have not bothered to schedule me - I had gardeners and a guy to cut the lawn, a company to open the pool, none of them showed up even once this year. So my yard is way behind the right ball.
I got lucky and found a tree service who came in time and did the job before the fence guys, and the fence guys are doing great, against all odds. So I guess that’s what’s important.
The fence was my money suck for this year so I doubt I could afford more projects, but otherwise I’d have this place looking pristine if only I could find some muscle for hire.

At least one thing is going well for you. I understand the tree guys can’t come when it’s raining and were going to come the other day. I don’t know if they work weekends but this weekend is a holiday weekend so I’m sure they won’t come.
