Just wood. I thought maybe I hit a knot I couldn’t see, but I couldn’t get it to reverse out. I had to take it out of the drill and wiggle it free.

I have the same obsidian Pulse on the way. I really want that Artemis, but I have both the Exvape Expromizer and Profile 1.5 and like them both. I do love the machine quality of the THC mods though.
It's because the tip is usually reinforced since that's where most of the pressure is when drilling, but right above that, if you notice in the picture, there's a bottle neck where the threads are kinda melted which no longer cut the wood away, the metal is just displacing it. When trying to reverse or drill it out - there's nothing cutting away that bottleneck in the wood leaving the bulbed tip lodged.
After I've washed 300 or so eggs in the morning, I'm officially on holiday for 2 weeks
My only plans are sleeping, vaping and photography. The new moon at the weekend, should mean the Milky Way will be perfect to photograph next week. If there's no clear skies at night for that, then I'll happily settle for a sunrise or two.

Did you get this during the VaporDNA sale? I heavily considered it, but am no longer looking at 18650 mods. I've been spoiled by the 217's.
