I have the Invoking Ares 2..A well built mtl atomizer but I uses the 2 kanthal coils that came with it, I also wrapped some 2.5 mm N80, SS 2.5 coils and tried that vandy vape clapton superfine 30g spool as well.I love the Rita but for some reason I just don't get a ton of flavor from it but if I use like mint menthol or strong entice I get good flavor..everyone else argues n says toblower my coil n all this etc but truthfully I get much better flavor from restricted dtl and mesh rats than any mtl tank I've ever used and i have the beszerker, Besker V2 and V2 mini.Etc and I love tha t its great on my batteries a great on my ejuice use obviously at 20 Watts or whatever but that was my theory for awhile- get an 80w pod mod put a 510 adapter on it and that will help extend my nicotine n DIY juice along with my battery but one day I won a Mesh profile M Rita and someone gave me a an Off Gear Dtl Rita and that was a wrap! I now vape at 50 Watts with 10-12 mg DIY salt nic 70/30 and I'm just completely more satisfied and I'm getting that Layered flavors that so many talk about that u just don't get from low watt pod systems and mtl atomizers on mods etc.Sure im burning thru more juice but the diff in flavor is just no comparison. But my Gf is still vaping her Novo 2 mint menthol n loves it but wait till I step down her salt nicotine from 18 mg to 12 mg and put it in her fireluke 2 twister mod n set it at 40 Watts..shes gonna be blown away but after she's uses up her 4 packs of sub ohm fireluke coils in putting the Zues Mesh R than subohms obviously.I guess u don't miss what u don't have lol.Shes tries my Doom X, Zues Mesh Rats etc but she's never tried her spearmint menthol I make her in it yer.Im sick of constantly charging 3 Novo 2 and burning thru pods etc so I can't Watts..shes down to 6 new pods left so she can really get the full flavor of my badass DIY juice..Sadly out of my 35 recipes she only vapes the mint menthol I think cause that's what she used to quit smoking n just stuck with it.And she'll say how good her daughters one flavor disposables are but out of spite she won't like my peaches n creams or strawberry ice creams or cappuccinos etc..i think she purposely claims she don't like creams or bakeries etc but meanwhile brags to her friends that I make all out juice lol.Shes daughter n friends love the mint menthol I make for her but man I get tired of it..my watermelon strawberry ice blows that outta the water..i thinks its cause she knows I'm obsessed with owning 6-7 mods n all these tanks that she pretends she don't like it I've never tried a Kayfun or really good mtl tank but idk in sold on mesh rats..no clipping tails or coils strumming etc I just got lazy n use mesh Rats..dont get me wrong I have 3 nice reg rtas n roads but I just find mesh way easier to install n wick n the flavor is wicked n the strips are cheap.I but 5 foot spools of vandy vape mesh for 5$ lol..150#SS N80#100 n kanthal #90 .Easy peasy 12 mg salt nic 70/30 n keeps me from chain vaping( I never smoked but got hooked on 50 mg juul) so yeah kinda got hooked on that early on

The two photos of mine we donated to our local school's art auction went under the hammer last night.

It's a yearly fundraiser for sports equipment, art supplies, music supplies, school trips etc. Plus buying a set of chromebooks so all kids have access to one, if their parents aren't financially able to buy one.

They had over 100 items which ranged from artwork from school kids, newbies like me to professional painters and photographers. And there are some amazing local talents.

They had a silent auction for the majority, and then a public auction. I wasn't there, but I got the full press report from my sis this morning

My rainbow pic went for $45 in the silent auction, which I was rapt over. My fave sunrise photo ended up in the big guns public auction  And it sold for $80, which completely blew my socks off. And my gumboots too!
That's amazing Ange....get out there for some more pics....if you can sell five or six a week you can give up muddy boots

Morning...or middle of the night....or evening shinies

Loving the Nautilus 2s 0.7 coil....it just runs and runs. Better than the Innokin Z coils for sure although they're not so bad either. Still preferring my Dvarw's for flavour though :pervy:

Have a good one

I’m loving the .7 coils also and am slowly building my stock of them. I’ve been running one in the second Boxx since I got it.

I asked for this for my next review

Digiflavor Z1 SBS Kit 80W Box Mod with Siren3 GTA

After the Abyss - sorry, I really wanted to like it but I’m not a fan - I’m a little hesitant about the sbs style. At least I’m hesitant to shuck out money for them lol.

Tbh I almost told them not to send anything for a while. Got some family drama going on and my eldest granddaughter is staying with me. We’ve been clearing out a room to make into a bedroom for her, trying to sort out her online school enrollment, and dealing with a lot of other stuff.
On the other hand, I don’t want to disrupt my life any more than I have to and I do enjoy getting stuff and opining about it, so I’ll keep at it as long as I can.

Anybody have experience, or knowledge around full spectrum light lamps for seasonal depression?

My doctor recommended buying one during spring sales, for next winter
DRS toss that out there as a "cure' for depression but it did not help me. Just something else to put away in the closet until I am ready to toss it. Wait, I might have already tossed it

Maybe for some people it's just a case of needing a better climate....and you do have some sudden extremes in parts of the US in terms of winter to summer.

Or....and I'm being serious....you can be depressed anyway all year but summer weather cheers you up a bit giving the appearance of SAD....just a psychologist rambling on again :)
this is so true! As someone who has moved back and forth many times from the west coast and back to Georgia, I do not have SAD in California where the sun always shines

I spent about a month in Florida and felt better every day. It was a big part of why we were going to move there. I spent a couple weeks in Nashville and it seemed like I felt worse than usual.

So it’s been my experience that the climate can make a big difference. It’s gloomy here a lot, but on top of that it’s too hot, too cold, too windy... we don’t have a lot of days where it’s comfortable to be outside for long. I go out anyway. Whatever sun I can get is helpful although the rest of the weather is hard on me.

I have a couple of those SBS kits. I reviewed it a while back. I struggled getting good flavor out of the Siren 3 tank and tried each of the included coils. I finally used some superfine clapton wire to make my own coil and it was better. Maybe it's my imaginaton but the Z1 seems a little under powered or something. I like it and still have one in rotation but just something I noticed. I've been running a net in the siren 3 tank on it and it's doing ok.
