Congrats! Do I need to come over to NZ for lessons, or can you do Zoom?

I had to google Zoom  I'm so anti-social. And you don't need lessons from me. I've got a lil fantail that I want to photograph. But until I stop getting blurry pics of non-moving mods, he'll have to wait :D

I have the opposite of SAD: my favorite time of year is the bit between the end of daylight savings time and the winter solstice. Sunshine and I are sworn enemies.

Seconded, I prefer winter too

I haven’t tried a 0.6 yet, just the 0.9 that I started with. I thought the 0.3 would be not to my liking so it’s still in the box just in case. What wattage do you run it at? I ordered more of the 0.9, but want to do a China stockup order for more. Think I should get some of the 0.6?
I generally do low wattage (cool vape) on these mesh coils. The tobacco wants that to....gentle sipping brings the best out of them for me. On the 0.6 I do 18W atm... 3.2 volts.
I've been through a few 0.3 coils but prefer the 0.6. The 0.3 is designed for more air than I like to vape.
I'm going to try the 0.9 next.

Let me know what the difference is, please.

Early vapemail! The Ursa UB Pro rba arrived, and of course I built it straight away:

I wanted to compare it to my Dvarws, JK Mini etc so I used only a 2.5mm id ni80 30*2/40 coil with 5mm legs. I guesstimated the coil position, and guesstimated the wicking.

The size of the rba is pretty decent to work on. It comes with a 510 adapter, and the whole process was relatively pain-free.

Once it's in the tank, the draw is much more RTA-like than drop-in coil. The flavour is definitely in the RTA class. Even with my first attempt, it has fantastic flavour.

I've been chainvaping my head off, and the wicking is holding up (thank :censored:). But what I love the most, is how cool its staying.
Edited to add: I love the flavour of the RDTA style rbas of the Boost Plus etc, but they do get warm. I hope more pod rbas are made in style, with a big deck - even if they have to include a rba pod tank to fit them.

If you have an Ursa Quest - you definitely need one of these

I really like that rba also. I picked up a few of them.

    What build did you use?

It’s been a while since I used it but think it was a 26/32 Clapton. I’ll have to look at the spool to double check the size of wire.
