Not to dredge up ancient history... nor to debate... but for full and complete disclosure so @Fidola13 knows the whole story about the Mechlyfe Paramour SBS...

@Nailz and I received complete duds where the piss poor flawed design of the Paramour causes the 510 assembly to repeatedly loosen all on its own. My opinion, and Nailz too, is that the Paramour is complete junk.

There are much higher quality SBS mods, for around the same price, that are vastly superior to the Paramour (Mixx, Brunhilde, College).

I know full well that Nailz and I are just as careful with our gear as any in this thread. :)

Last time I opened it up to tighten up the 510, the up and down buttons fell out inside, didn't notice till I got it back together, to much hassle, not bothered with it since, and highly doubt I will at any point.

The Striped Marsh Frogs have been laying eggs in the last few days.

I love them. Their bok bok bok bokking keeps the neighbours awake but it's music to my ears.

I love the Johnny Cash version

LOVE Johny Cash although I am not much a country music fan. Something about him just intrigues me. I have read all books on him or by him. I have visited both his home in/above Ventura California (Casitas Springs) and the first duplex he and his first wife Vivien lived in.

I love old school music that comes from the heart and speaks to the soul. Love a good story song.
The music these days where a 18 yr old teenie bobber superstar uses computer created music, to tell me her version of what love is gives me the hibby gibbies :w00t:

Well I Succumbed to my curiosity and opened the Mechlyf Paramour SBS and read a few reviews and watched a couple of videos.

I’m happy to say that the buttons are situated nice and firm with no looseness felt.

I fiddled with the 510 and it appeared solid with only movement of the inner 510 pin.

I should’ve been warned that the atomizer needs to be a bit taller than the battery tube. Otherwise you’ll end up with knurl rash on your lips and nose!!!!

With a too short Claymore on top!!

Because I smoked 70 per day, I have excessive milestones

But looks like I ticked over 200,000 cigs avoided since 22/11/2013

Conservative estimates of 10mg per rollie puts that at 2kg tar not in my lungs

I'm pretty good thanks DP. Navigating the new world like we all are. Strange times out there but at least we have this place as a refuge.

Yeah. We think about you all often, with current and past friends high on our lists of concerns. :(

On a positive note, and unless I'm mistaken, the lovely and talented Ms. Cross' 10 year vapeversary occurred earlier this week (the 13th). That also happens to be my son's birthday, so it's easily remembered. I meant to pop over to the forum there but some life things took hold this week.

IF you cross paths with her (no pun intended), please tell her that K&D were (and are) thinking of her.

Our hearts and most positive thoughts are very much with you and everyone there.

I know I sound old saying this (and I am, so there!), but vape-life and life-life were so much better turned back some years. I miss it here, I miss it there, and oh heck; I miss it everywhere. :|

We are getting normality back now here in Australia.

XX is quiet. Onto non vaping hobbies. She said she only keeps 3 or 4 rev4 out of storage as her only mods in use

@Pigs were you on AVF? I came and went over the years. Don't remember pigs user name there. I was DogMan, as I am in most places. ECF DogMan made only about 5 posts a year or so before I joined. So Doggie spelt wrong is doffy

Thanks, Doffy. I had a feeling that might be the case (moved on). I'm surprised she retired her beloved Rev3s though. Mine are still very much in use, and still my preferred BB version. The 4 runs, but I still like the 3s better.

I appreciate the update - very much. :)

On the "normal", that's the best news I've heard in quite a while. :thumb:
