It comes with a dowel. You lay the cotton strip down then put the coil on top. Put the dowel in the middle and wrap the cotton and coil around it. The mesh has legs and you just sit the whole thing into the opening and tighten the screws underneath. I thought I’d struggle but it’s really easy. It’s easier than putting a coil in the Blotto single coil.

I had a good look at the Dead Rabbit R tank this morning, and I'm intrigued. I'm too scared of a mega dry hit from the dryhit-hell-desert-badlands, to try a traditional mesh rta.

But! Since this is essentially the same as using the Wotofo SMRT coil kit, and you don't have stuff the living daylights out of the coil - I think I could try it.

Your review on it explained it all perfectly

I sure hope so. As I see it...This higher prices is either driven by shipping companies (they're losing big money atm), or by China itself...catching up to the world's going price.
I've always wondered why China's shipping is /was so cheap compared to the rest of the world. I can understand their manufacturered goods being cheap as the pay their workers almost nothing, but postage/shipping is different...
I know that here the EU has introduced a law covering tax on all e-commerce websites. You either pay tax at source or they tax it on arrival. I know that SM has several shipping options for me when I buy. Some tax included and some not. If I was to guess I'd say that they have done this across the board either to recoup losses globally or to anticipate similar laws elsewhere. Really we need to compare shipping costs for the same item across different borders.

I always just assumed the Chinese government subsidized part of the shipping costs to get to their goal of "expanding" their economy.
I think it's just because of so much export power they can negotiate cheaper rates.

    So, to the Aspire Kumo.
It's a quality made tank..as can be expected of Aspire. The liquid feeding system works a treat. Very saturated vape....must be because of the way it wicks.
I started off with a 2.5mm coil, but went to a 3.0mm and it works better.
The airflow is silky smooth. It does RDL down to tight MTL very well. Not many tanks that can do that this well. It might be a bit to restricted for some, but it's perfect for me.
On the flavor front it gets a bit complicated. It sure has good flavor, but I won't call it great. Fantastic saturation yes. I've played around with coil height and got a bit better flavor, but I think it's the best it can be.
I'm still of the opinion that bottom airflow makes better flavor.
This is a single side airflow tank. Getting the coil height right is critical. Atm I have the coil rediculiously high....will play with it more going forward.
All in all i'm glad I bought it, but for now, it won't replace the Squape on the Mixx.

I've changed to another flavor, and now this thing is really shining. Tobacco is temperamental...certain tanks works better with certain flavors.
This tank has the densest vapor i've ever seen from a tank...and i'm loving it.
What I also like, is it's a slow and easy kinda vape. Don't know how to describe it but it draws....slower

I've also put on the other cap (it comes with two). Have a look at that sexy and stealthy looking airflow inlet :D

Looks great. I might see if I can get one for review next time I pick something.

Yep,that atty also peaked my interest.
Never tried a RDTA so i like to review new things just to give the perspective as a new user.

Finally done with everything today, had a really busy day and now i am just chilling with my favorite playlist while looking at vape stuff.

So while looking at a Spanish vaping website i saw these with the black case with a panda logo on the front.

▷ Accesorios High End de Vapeo al Mejor Precio - Vapeototal

From what i have seen these go in box like mods like the DotMods or the Aspire Boxx right?

Only watched a couple of videos of these apparatus, think these are highly customizable as in you can use like a drop in coil or as an RTA.

Performance wise how do they compare to a regular ol' single coil atomizer?

I struggled getting the coil in the Blotto on my first try. My eyes aren’t great and to me it’s hard to see those tiny flat head screws with the posts sitting at an angle.

I bought one of those head band miner lights things that have magnifying glasses of different strengths plus a light. It looks goofy but it helps A LOT when building.

I have no idea why I didn’t get it out of the other room. Lazy I guess but Amazon has them starting in the $ teens.

I also don’t see so well for up close or small detail work. Plus I’ve got a hands tremor from some heath/meds side effects so the more frustrating the build is the more my hands shake.

Im glad this came up because it really does make a huge difference.

Here’s the one I bought for all of $13

They look really good together! I didn’t realize the Amighty had that much room!

neither did I!! I was really surprised and the balance is great because of how heavy the Amighty is. So no toppling over from a bigger and heavier atty.

I forgot to ask the biggest question: How's the flavour - RTA-like or drop-in coil-like?

RTA. Definitely better than most drop ins to me. However, there's only one resistance coil available.

Yes that would go in some sort of AIO like a Dot or BB.
My opinion, they are quite restricted, some more than others. They are mtl for me. Tbh though I can’t do DL on anything that’s not a 810 drip tip or reasonable facsimile thereof. I do love my Dots and BB though, when I’m in the mood for that kind of draw.

Yep as Delores said they are mostly RBAs for Billet Boxes or other boro devices like the Abyss, the Boxx, Delro, Supbox and others.
I don't have the Wick'D Brig'D2 (the one with the panda) or the Ceo, but have others like them.

They are basically the same vape as MTL through to RDL RTAs but do need the specific boro-based hardware to work.
I vape them all day as RDL and never do MTL with them but you can set them up for MTL if you like.

Warning though...it's a major rabbit hole. Once you start, you may get hooked.
