A kiwi store had 40-60% off its flavours. Thankfully they only stock 5 brands, so I didn't go completely berserk

    Not any more! Haha

What have you been up to?

I've been Christmas shopping - it's tiring - but I have presents for all the grandkids, the sisters-in-law, my mother-in-law and her husband as well as a small gift for a neighbor who is also a cousin. I also have my son and my husband covered.

I have one gift left to go and I'm finished.

My goodness Christmas shopping is pricey this year. The quality that was once fitting for a 20 dollar item now costs 40 dollars, so on and so forth.

I guess I'm getting old... Lol. Gonna be the grandma completely out of touch with current prices.. hahaha
It's great to see you
I've been very quiet over here in OZ, I was probably sleeping when you posted this comment:w00t:
Christmas shopping sounds Fun:pervy::pervy: I gave up on most shopping a long time ago!! A few presents for my nieces and my mummy but that's about it for me!
My main cost is a birthday present for myself which is some new Good Wood:thumb:

I picked up a bunch of flavors on clearance at Chef's when they had all single flavors on sale for 40% off. I still can't believe they are out of business. To be honest, I've been ordering more from nomnomz than Chef's for a while. It seemed like they were always sold out of something I wanted.

QP order is already in NYC, no custom charges yet. No movement on the China orders since they landed in LA, hoping they will just show up this or next week.
Spoke too soon, package on its way to US customs.

Chef's were my go-to store for a long time, so I'm sad to see them go.

There's really only 2 main flavour suppliers in NZ. The larger one thankfully stocks SSA at a decent price, so I've been buying my SSA off them for the last 6 months. Cost-wise, the smaller store sells FA, Flavourah and Inawera at comparable prices to Chefs. So again I've been buying off them instead of Chefs.

    Good afternoon folks,
I picked up my last raaco rack, now it should be enough to hold system in all the mod parts.
The next step is to buy in materials, i.e. stainless, aluminium, copper, possibly brass too.
And I need Peek to isolate electronic transitions.

My mod part section of future bits:

I buy mostly from Bull City Flavors since they are here in the US and shipping is cheaper but when I need something they don’t carry then I go to nomnomz.

    Good afternoon folks,
I'm down to 3 trackings now, one which is a Raaco section, one with flavors from Nom Nomz, and one with mod parts from Stealth Vape UK.
I have left to send Marco a couple of questions about the Omega Vaper mosfet chip, but if my idea is positive I will buy three chipsets from him asap.
Apart from this I have left to buy 2 liters of nic before Christmas, then I should be ready for most of it, for this month lol EU is planning to tax nicotine, it will be as expensive as buying cigarettes, so now a Norwegian vaper will fill the freezer.

No exciting vape news from me. Re-coiled my Dope RBA and a Qbix.

Lately when I run out of flavours for my usual mixes, I just improvise with whatever is close. Don't even write it down- just try stuff based on smell and feel. It's the opposite approach to my old, strictly systematic thing. Kind of liberating.

I sort of got used to vaping unflavored during a surgery and overnight hospital stay. Then for a while after that, I would just add a few drops of a couple of things to my unflavored juice. And I liked it. Today I am using one oneshot (Dinner Lady) and making one 3 flavor ejuice that is "good enough" to sustain myself. I detest mixing

Good morning Shinys! It’s been a rough 24 hours. Like being hospitalized for pneumonia last week wasnt bad enough then I had extensive oral surgery done yesterday and I’m in so much pain.

But on vaping notes I’ve decided to stop for now my experimentations with different types of NI80 “exotic” coils. I like the NI80 but the more intricate coil setups take way to long to ramp up and it’s totally annoying me lol! So I’m going to step back to simpler coil arrangements like single wire or simple claptons. I’ve got plenty of these in my stash made with SS316l but does anyone know where I can find these types of coil made with Ni80?

Worse case scenario is making my own. I have some very nice Ni80 wire from WireOptim (I think).

    Have a great day everyone!
