Hi, Sara, hope you are feeling better soon!
Wireoptim has spools of simple Clapton wire (25' length, single up to 4 cores) as well as packs of pre-made coils.

Wire - Hybrid Wire - Page 1 - WIREOPTIM

They often have sales so it might be worth keeping a watch for those to save a little cash.

I took advantage of their Black Friday sale and have some N80 Clapton spools and some 26g Kanthal on the way.
I got my order today,

Your family has had a lot of bad luck with cars these days, let's hope it turns around now.

My car is being repaired, the neighbor is doing it. It should already have been approved in this damned EU directive.

I myself am going for a trip to the cellar to find out how to lower the hot water temperature. Around 65˚C + keeps bacteria away, if it's above that, it's like throwing money out the window.
It’s not just cars. We’ve had a string of bad luck that started back in June and really hasn’t let up since.

I am in the process of finding a supplier who sells plates and rods in SS304, Aluminium, Brass, Copper.
I found one in Germany (Evek GmbH) that wasn't too crazy in terms of price, it probably comes in at just over $200, but that covers most of the metal work. :hubba:
Then the state will probably step in to claim VAT.:grr:

Some shops are so expensive that you would almost think there is gold alloy in the metal!
Or everything is in huge sizes, a ss304 diameter 25mm is not cheap when the shortest length is 6 meters, and I like a 0.5 meter order...

I'm curious @Tor R . Why are you looking for plates and rods of these metals? Do you have an interesting project planned?

    Good morning folks,

I'm curious @Tor R . Why are you looking for plates and rods of these metals? Do you have an interesting project planned?
It's for top plates, bottom plates, and really a long list of parts I'm going to make for the mods projects.
But, I suddenly remembered that we have companies in my town that make things for the oil industry, with a bit of luck one of them has most of the SS that I need, or at least some of it. Will start with driving trips next week.

FWIW.... WireOptim has a 15% off code that I've been using for quite some time.

    Code = LV15

Do you guys dream in colour?
My nightmares are in black and white

I always dream in color. Pretty sure my mind dreams at 576+ megapixels and in millions of colors.

I can't recall ever having a dream in black and white. Now you have me feeling ripped off.

Good morning. I got the AIO.5 set up to start testing for a review. I switched out the button panel so I could use the side covers with the design on them.

Yikes. My 6 bay Nitecore battery charger went out. What is everyone buying these days? I like no frills. I had to get out 2 old chargers, one two bay and one four bay. They were older and they still work. My 6 bay is probably 3 years old max

I love this charger, very easy to use (only 1 button lol). Just ordered a couple backups last sale. Think it was our Ange that drew my attention to it.

I use Nitecore UM4 and UMS4, but none of them are old enough to say they are durable.

I’ve been using an Opus BT-C3100 for over a year. It’s a four bay charger with some neat features and not too expensive.

I've been using a MiBoxer v2 C4-C12 charger for 3+ years. No problems or issues. It will charge all current battery types including 20700 and 21700.

Mooch has an excellent review for the v1 MiBoxer C4-C12 charger on his Patreon page.
