True, very true. It saddens me. But not enough to give up working towards something better. Something not led by politicians.

I'm no fan of government imbeciles with their bought-and-paid-for shenanigans.

Especially when it comes to playing half the people against the other half. I've long despised that game of theirs.

I may be the only person to publicly post it on an open forum, but I wouldn't mind seeing the entire global system, as it exists today, collapse upon the very weight of its corrupt nature.

just my lil old :2c:...............
v2 will never transpire in this day and age....:2c:

I recently received a notification from my little bank app and the problem with my debit card money steeling has all been resolved and I have been given a full refund, that's a load off my mind :thumb:
I've had that happen a few times over the years.

My work computer at home died yesterday. Had to source a new (second hand) motherboard so I could get working again - no hours/no money. I got lucky and found the replacement part.
Gotta drive a couple of hours across the city tomorrow morning early peak hour to pick it up.

That is great. Debit card charges are much harder to have the bank enforce a refund than credit card companies.

I have my debit card linked directly to my bank so it's treated exactly the same as a credit card according the fraud department so it makes the process less stressful!

Today has not been a good day. I cleaned and rewicked my Kriemhilde (W) rba. When assembling anything, I always thread in reverse to hit the "step" before moving forward.

This time the step was deceiving, as the base cross-threaded. Now the tank is in the spare parts box.

If anyone has a spare they want to sell, LMK
    Update!! ..I "learned" something.

I decided to have another look at the Kriemhilde today, and learned of the issue. The RBA deck has a helmet. After rewicking, the helmet needs to be screwed over (onto) the deck, then the 510 base gets threaded to the base of the tank.

When I originally took the tank apart, the helmet was in (solid) the air chamber. It should have come out with the deck, but did not. Dry seals made the top of the helmet stick to the chimney.

Note - There were no instructions for the RBA upgrade.

    A (2nd hand) Mechlyfe Paramour and Digiflavor (new/junk) Z1
    Hope yours are good.
I have both and got lucky - my Z1 has colourful panels (one of the main gripes is that many were sold with washed out/muted stabwood inserts. I seem to remember @hittman felt his Z1 was underpowered) and my Paramour never had that crapppy 510 assembly that some had. The Mixx is always good.

No luck on an Aspire Mixx, yet.

The Mixx is an excellent SbS, very high quality, built like WWII battleships. I have three along with an optional 21700 tube.

They were very popular and sold-out rather quickly. I have yet to see any being sold via B/S/T groups.

Maybe try a wanted listing in the classifieds???

Like mine!!! I managed to repair mine several months back. Installed a lock washer directly underneath the 510. Shouldn't have had to do that, but, oh well, it's fine now.
