The shinyitis must be getting to me as I am now doing stuff WAY OUT of my ordinary....

I have been a long-time vapor and always used either drippers or more recently, enclosed tanks. When PODS first came out I didn't want anything to do with them because of all the leaking issues they had. But like everything else built in the world, the designs improve with time. Lots of PODS no longer leak.

Anyway, believe it or not, this old mid to high powered vape person is going to try his hand at a mid to high powered mod/pod kit. So, I just ordered a vaporesso mod/POD system that is suppposedly leak proof... I will see about that....

It uses the great GTX coils, which I love, and so there will be no problem there. I just hope the thing isn't a leaker... I will let you guys know what I think after it arrives...

    I hate having shinyitis...

I got my dirty KFL cleaned up and working. Thank you to the folks who made suggestions. Took it apart down to the last screw and sat it in Dawn for 36 hours. Then ran it through multiple 30 min cycles in the U/C. Then rinsed it and soaked it in alcohol overnight. Apart from the o-rings, didn't think they needed that kind of chemical assault so I just washed them.

The brown film disappeared and everything went back together fine and works.

I had one moment of panic. There's a tiny insulator that fits in the hole at the bottom where the pin goes in. That was stuck in good. Even after the cleaning it wouldn't move. Eventually I did get it out using a winding pin and a lot of force, but when it came out it went flying. Took me 20 minutes crawling around the kitchen floor on my hands and knees with a flashlight to find it. That thing is tiny.

So here it is, filled with my new Lemon Cake juice.

How nice to see persistence leading to a happy ending. You've written the how-to manual with that one @englishmick . It would've been a horrible anticlimax if you had lost that little insulator!

Not wanting to give up, I went and played with Lemon Tart plastic bottles again. I removed the little plastic ring that I thought would keep the top from spinning. No go. I have a total of 12 of these damn things to find a way to undo. Going back to yesterday's postings of those trying to help to reread and try again.

I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or not but I haven’t bought anything out of the ordinary with my credit card besides the mod from reload and today my credit card got hacked.
I hope you were able to get on top of it pretty quick Mate! Did you purchase directly from Reload?

Yes, direct from them. I did get on it right away since my credit card company texted me that someone was trying to buy 2300 worth of stuff at a truck shop. It’s just a pain since I have my bills auto paid to the credit card then pay it off each month. Now I have to get online and change several payment methods.

Le Petite Vapotuer is no joke with the shipping. I ordered 9 bottles on the 8th and they were delivered to my porch today by noon. I paid $76 Euro

They are a brilliant store. Plus you get a fridge magnet with each purchase. I now need a larger fridge door.
