thanks! i found it in one of the FB B/S/T groups (2023-06)

it's a Zen mech squonk, a TuttaltroFumo and Art&mod collaboration

they very rarely popup for resale, besides mine, i've only seen one (black+SS) listed in the last 3-4 yrs, and like mine.... it sold fast

other than the black+SS (right in pic) no two were alike, each was hand finished, brass btry+squonk tubes were forced patina

I often see them listed in the wanted classifieds, but never for sale. It would've been a great investment to buy 'a lot' of them when they were available new. I have discovered a lot of vape hardware for sale at estate sales; much of it is 'high-end,' and people are often unaware of its true value.

haven't seen the Zen selling for anywhere near the og 319€ rrp
LOL..... i paid 100€ for mine
if someone would have purchased several new, they would have lost a lot of money on the resale mkt

from what i see, and have personally experienced, much high-end gear, on the resale mkt, can be had for fairly cheap these days

i've also seen (and bought) high-end gear selling for cheap in the classies here + over at VU

the only gear i regularly see holding og value are the uber high-end European mods and one from the Far East
as in..... the likes of Gepetto, Stratum, Art&Mod, Hussar etc (EU) and Artchanic (S. Korea)
all regulated mods with either Evolv DNA or Dicodes chipsets
it's normal to see those regularly listed, and selling, for between 500-1000+ USD

imho the resale market is mercurial in nature

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I came across two big boxes of high-end Greek and German hardware at a great price. I'm keeping it for an investment. As I've said before, vaping has been around long enough that you can start seeing vintage pieces show up at estate sales. It's a bit of a niche market, but there's definitely something to keep an eye out for. :hubba: For the most part its all break even for me. Most of what I find is unused and a great deal factory-wrapped. We tend to stock up for the apocalypse.

I have the Artemis RDTA myself and I find it rather special :thumb: that would be my recommendation!!

They are not the same. I have Artemis II Dual Coil RDTA by Thunderhead Creations. This one is a ThunderHead Creations Artemis Top Coiler RDTA Special Edition which is a single coil. A bonus to me as I like single-coil's. I will put a build on it.

    Greetings Shinies
Today is my 10 year vaping anniversary. Haven't felt any excitement about it since the 5 year. I didn't even notice the last few, but 10 years feels a bit special.

Checked my vape diary for previous anniversaries.

At 5 years I treated myself to a mod. It was a silver Provari 2.5 with a P3 flat top, got it from classified here. I hate overhangs. I used Provaris with Pro Tanks, then got some beauty rings so I could use them with 22mm tanks, but I always wanted a flat top. I still keep that mod on my desk stand, next to the Goldie. I got the Goldie for the 4 year anniversary. It was on Ebay, unopened in the box. I was looking for a long time. It's still the most expensive mod I ever bought,

I had three dates marked at the top of my diary

    9/24/14 – First day without a cigarette.

7/24/17 – Finished stocking up on gear.

8/22/19 – Finished stocking up on gear, for real this time.

Even found an entry where I said that should be it for buying gear, after I bought my first Pro Tank.

Today I can't even think of anything I want.
    Congrats

The nightmares look better than I thought. I tried them on a few 18650 tubes and they look super phallic.

Serious clouds! My wife saw me from her side of the house and thought I started a fire. Not a usual indulgence. The only thing I don't like is the proprietary drip tips.

    Morning shinies ;)

The world's greatest procrastinator has finally begun operation sort out your old vape gear. I solved my too many boxes problem by doubling or tripling up the same item per box. I got rid of lots and lots and lots of empty boxes :sneaky:
