Good morning shiny people. For some unknown reason I was left off the list to review the Dead Rabbit 4 rda for Hellvape. I’ve gotten every new item in the past few years. I’ll probably get it from sourcemore next time if my current review item ever makes it out of LA. It’s been stuck there for 12 days.
My earlier sourcemore got stuck in LA for several weeks as well but seems to be moving again. Looks like my latest order will arrive before the earlier order. Unfortunately it is the first order I'm particularly wanting to get delivered. Suspect the jkmrs will be benched in favor for the dr solos.
I had one sample a while back that never got delivered. They had to reship it which took forever.
Supposedly first order is on its way to elk grove il but still haven't gotten any tracking. I'm thinking it is more about a LA issue rather than sourcemore.
Do your review items come from China or US warehouses? Maybe the De Minimis tariff changes could affect that stuff.
Yes, I’m assuming it’s a customs issue but they haven’t said.
They have always come from China but that may change.
I think a lot of the problem with imports to the US is related to the new regulations Trump & co put into effect on August 23, packages that have a value of less than $800 and are not business to business shipments.
As far as I understand it, the US removed an import code set that had been used without replacing it with a new one. The requirement for advance collection of import fees can be very problematic when returning packages, as to who covers what, etc.
I haven't studied the details, but I know that the Norwegian post office doesn't ship to the US right now, that's about 130k packages annually.
I think there are about 25 other countries too.
