    I finally got tracking on the order that was originally shipped wrong from sourcemore. I originally ordered on November 11 and received it on 12-14. I’ve been waiting since then for the correct items. I got an email last night that my package is on the way to the U.S. and a tracking number was created. It could still be weeks before I see it. Talk about slow boat shipping!

Talk about slow boat shipping!

    After a dozen emails to and from sm, mostly them begging me not to do a charge back, my gtx coils finally started tracking. They are now out for delivery. My first email was like a week after the shipping email, and the coils hadn't actually shipped. You'll need to stay on top of them. I didn't see any proof they had actually shipped until 2 days ago. I had tracking numbers but they weren't showing any tracking.

    I had a similar experience with the blame being put on the warehouse. After this one, I’m done ordering from them until shipping improves. I understand that things can get stuck in customs but not even shipping from the warehouse is unacceptable.
