The only time I have had an issue with gurgling and an Evod was from extreme elevation changes driving through some mountains. Pressure differences make a difference.

Going in and out will also cause a leak with temperature changes

Congrats on the 5 months!

You might want to ask some questions on the ProTank 2. You mentioned not liking the "airy" hit on a knock off nova. I haven't tried the ProTank 2 but I have tried the ProTank. It is a very "airy" hit. I don't mind it but a lot of people do and you mentioned not liking that.

I don't like the ProTank for totally different reasons. I'm waiting for the Mini ProTank 2. The ProTanks flooded all the time on me. I think it is the fact that I live in Arizona and go from 78 degrees in the AC to 115 degrees outside. Everytime I do that the ProTank floods. I think it is pressure changes from the almost 40 degree temperature change. I have a number of other Kanger toppers and no problems with them but they are all smaller in diameter and less air space in the tank. I have EVOD's and MT3's.

Good Luck and keep hunting. You'll find what you love...over and over again if you like lots of us! :D

+1 for the Kanger T3 suggestion. They're pocket-friendly, don't leak, easy to clean, easy to change out the coil, and less expensive than the ProTank. I have my big "at home" mods, but the eGo/Kanger setup is what I carry with me when I'm out and about.

Hi again!

At least we got the juice delivery systems vs. battery device sorted. However, I'm not completely sure what you have is a Vivi Nova.

I bought what I thought was the Vivi Nova, but it was obviously a knock-off at 12.00 pounds? Don't like it - the draw is too "airy". And don't like the metal mouthpiece. It also leaks.

You can put a metal drip tip (mouthpiece) on a Vivi Nova, but the tip it comes with is black plastic. Below is an illustration of the threading on an eGo battery. It also has examples of some toppers that can be used.

(Note: The Joyetech logo is on the image as a way to identify a device as authentic Joyetech. Even without the logo, an eGo is an eGo.)

I'm guessing one of these:www.ecigaretteson.com/Products/28--newest-metal-drip-tip-vivi-nova-v9-clearomizer-20ml-with-replacement-coil-.html
Saw one last week. That one had issues too.

Glad I'm not new. Thread has been nothing but confusing to me. Here's my quick two cents:

Stick battery: iTaste 3.0 (but you need two of them)
APV: Vamo V3 in Stainless is maybe the best value in the world compared to everything else in the world
Clearo: Protank 2. Not as airy as Protank 1 for all you folks that still haven't tried one yet. Also, with the drip tip of the day feature, actually very nice, and better than the Davide (loose drip tip).

So, what should you get? A Provari with a carto tank. What else?

The Vamo is what I use. Fastech offers free shipping. I use a carto-tank. BOGE cartos. I have had no problem with leaking. With the Vamo the Batteries are cheaper when it comes time to replace. With the Carto tank the only thing you are replacing is the Carto. I find the flavor and vapor to be better than with the CE4. I did buy a VIVI,from a BM and while like the ease of cleaning and filling,I still prefer my carto tank. Good luck to you.

I agree with this good suggestion. A variable watt Vamo with a good glass carto-tank will be much less hassle than any clearo. I go on average 10 - 14 days of heavy vaping on a carto, only needing to add eliquid once every 24 hours. Much easier, more consistent and much less hassle than a clearo like the CE4. Oh, and no airy draw like the clearo, either.

I haven't seen those before, I wonder why? Ummm...let's see...What is one of the biggest complaints about the Protank? Not being able to remove the mouthpiece.

(Inside Shenzhen Lyric Electronic Co., LTD)

Mr. Lee: Everybody love Protank! We make Vivi Nova just like Protank, everyone love! We make many sell!

Mr. Other Lee: No! No! You make wrong! Everybody love Protank bottom coil, hate Protank metal top can't change drip tip; Vivi Nova okay like drip tip can change, no like top coil. You Make Wrong!! You make Vivi with top coil no one like and metal top can't change drip tip no one like! It no glass! No one like!!

I predict those will not sell well.

Holy crap! You all are being helpful but I'm stuck on the Ego lasting 5 months! I think I've hit the lotto if I get one to last a month.

The Joyetech Fairy must love me (although I'm probably jinxing it right now): I have 2 650mAh and a 1000mAh standard eGos over a year old, and 2 1000mAh Twists almost that old. Of course, I do wrap them in velvet every night and try not to raise my voice in their presence.

I saw a pic and description of the new Vivi Aurora and it might be exaclty what you're looking for. It functions like a dripper and has a juice bottle in the head that you fill yourself, then give it a squeeze and vape. I want one so bad right now lol because I love the idea of squonking(had to try and spell that 4 times..) but I hate the look of box mods.

It would be great for out and about anyways, but I really love my dripping because I change flavors about every 10-20 drops hah. My wicks look nasty by the end of the day with all my coffee/chocolate/caramel/dark tobacco juices. I have some fruits too..somewhere.

Having carefully considered your argument in both Cantonese and Mandarin, I must say you have hit the button on the bullseye, kitty cat, and must concur. Doctor? Doctor? Doctor?

I've had two joye ego 650's going on 8 months and counting. For the record I've only charged them on the PCC.

Sent from my KFTT using Tapatalk 4

I've only charged mine with the computer. I didn't know I wasn't supposed to, then when someone told me I shouldn't, I couldn't find the wall adaptor.
