I think that some of the most intolerant people in the world are the ones that give up something and then become rabid anti whatever it is they gave up. I wonder if they do that because they are still trying to convince themselves that they did the right thing. Or they are trying to reinforce their decision. When someone comes on that strong, they are probably struggling with their own desire to smoke and taking it out on you.
Darksparkle, if someone had jumped on me in the forum when I was first trying to quit I probably would have never posted again. I'm glad you didn't react that way. There are zealots and rude people everywhere in the world, it's just a shame that some of them are in this forum where we should only be helping and encouraging each other. Just know that you have a home here with people who've been (are) in the same place you are, and we get it. 
Well im starting to worry about the fate of ecigs in Illinois. A bill effectively banning eliquid (and prefilled cartos) until department of health can determine safe packaging requirements passes house reading. Original writer of bill said it was made to make it child proof. Its written too broad. Bill says effective immediately if passed so stires with aby inventory wouldn't be able to sell any until its in "safe" packaging. Im about to stock up on nic and say sceww it. They can't limit my access to wire or flavors.

My RBA and coil building career is starting slowly. The kitchen fix from the pipe burst is at a stage where we have to pick 2 or 3 sub contractors. Only one we love but he can't do it all.
Have to do our taxes and other fun stuff. Trip to meet grandbaby is put on hold for who knows how long. Normal stuff and most all is good.

Shari, I don't know if you've noticed, but you and I both lost our banners. You can get it back but it now comes with a small ad for .......... Since I've never tried that, I decided to go with a new one. I prefer one that had months and days rather than just days, so I went with Nicoticket since I've tried and liked their juices.

I saw my banner was gone and I was giving it time to recover from all the trauma of ECF growing pains. What company name? I do not remember there being a company associated with my banner. I am pretty finicky about advertising for someone. PM me who it was? Now I have to look for a new banner. Drat, more decisions. I hate making decisions lately.
Maybe I will go over to the Provari Saloon and beg someone there to help me with a banner. Double drat. Only company I might do a banner for would be Provape and I do not like their stock one or Ahlusion and I do not know if they have one. Oh well.

If you really think about it darksparkle, some of the struggling is due to how hard we are on ourselves. I know in my case, I beat myself up over the littlest of things sometimes. Then, when I look back on it a few days or weeks later I can laugh at myself.
When I find myself getting frustrated or ready to pull my hair out now, I try to sit back and step outside the box that is me. Count to 10 and look at it as if it was happening to a stranger or it happened a week ago. Sometimes I am able to see it in a different light and even though it does not fix anything, I can be calmer and find a remedy or at least deal better with the situation. Hope this makes sense.
