whats the rush ?
when you get it you will just want some thing else.
and you will be waiting and waiting and waiting.
it will never end (LOL)
Exactly why we need quantum teleportation! I suggest branding it as Volt Shipping, or Shipping^X2!

That's why the teleporter would make it sooooo good. Now if I remember a statistic, based on current technology, it would take a cubic mile of CDs to store the data required to de-construct/re-construct a human being. Maybe if we start small, like with vaping supplies, it could become more practical. Food for thought, or is that fodder?
Just remember on star trek,,,some folks got stuck in the ether,if this happens you will never get your toys.

Or The Fly.
Half Man Half X2.
That wouldn't be too bad, then I could recharge myself froma USB port!
Based on my experience with solar lights, you'll need an array of solar panels on the order of a few hundred square feet. I think a fuel cell style would work, and the water produced could be used for additional vapor.
Done it. Too expensive for small production. Not that is costs too much on cash but in production level. That gives me an idea...
What about a solar powered PCC?
I posted this idea elsewhere on ECF; but how about a variable voltage auto battery whereuppon you could increase the voltage simply by drawing harder on the carto?
Would be sweet on a 78mm!
Can't be done that easy and the battery's size will increase. The airflow switch is a SWITCH and not an airflow meter which is huge btw it also contains the asic and a capacitor to control the on off etc.
What you can do is give commands on the asic by puffing two three four times to increase the voltage without buttons etc.
I don't know much about the science involved tbh. I do know someone who bought a solar powered phone charger though for when he was away at his cabin, he's off the grid. I don't know how well it works for him though. I've just googled them and they seem pretty small.
Maybe the people at SI could work something out
Edit:
It looks like somebody has beat us to it, they are already available I just googled:
'solar powered ecig pcc' and there's a bunch of them.
I just Googled it also and found one actually listed with no specs and not available for $55.00(US). Checking a few more links lead to opinions about how "kool" it is, how much you could save (maybve a few cents over the course of a few months), the fact that payment was by wire cable only and that it was "no longer available". Another link did lead to a YouTube video demo of one with multiple solar panels, home brewed, that apparently worked although there was no desciption of how well or how long it takes to charge a battery. It appeared to be almost a square foot of solar panel, to me, and apparently wouldn't work with a passthrough. That video also had a demo of a butane powered charger with a passthrough being used. He got a small puff of vapor from it, nothing like a normal battery, and went through a lot of "wow, what a strong hit" theatrics.
I have two small solar post lights on the posts for the gates on my driveway, solar cells about three inches square. They use one AA sized NiCAD each. I have to swap out batteries every two weeks or so and charge them on a wall charger to keep them lasting all night during the summer and every few days during the winter, and these are single, 600mah, NiCADs. Given the current demands of a PV and a typical user, you'd probably need a few square feet of solar panels to make it workable for real.
On the other hand, it could be workable with my "beer hat" vaping rig, battery on one side, bottle of liquid on the other, with tubing and wire down to the PV. I'd just have to use a "ten gallon" hat. A square foot of solar panel could be mounted on the top of the hat to supply a constant trickle charge to the battery or maybe even mount them around the brim. A chin strap would be necessary to hold everyhting in place though. Of course that battery would be a 6 volt, 2-4 amp hour or larger depending on how much modding is done to the PV, so even then, the solar charger would have a hard time keeping up. (Working furiously on drawings to file a copyright)
I've posted some time a go an ego solar case on the chit chat thread. New product
Just a case, it doesn't have a battery.
I already modified my slider pcc with solar.
Buhaha!
That is the catch, let me finish eating and i will explain.
