howd you do that?

howd you do that?
Yeah what device is that and how was it done? Lolhowd you do that?
In a tank like this, you can see the juice level when filling, so it's not really an issue, but in the older types like the kfl, where there was bottom filling, it was a bit harder. As for knowing when to refill, it takes a bit of time to know the taste of when it's getting dry. I always wondered if you had a scale that could measure the weight to know? That is cool. I'm still new at this so perhaps this is a dumb question. How do you know when to fill that tank and can you see well enough, when it's open, to not overfill? Thank you.
Good point on the scale. Would have to be pretty accurate. In a tank like this, you can see the juice level when filling, so it's not really an issue, but in the older types like the kfl, where there was bottom filling, it was a bit harder. thats how i check my all steel kfls , around 88g dry+wet wick for v1 and around 87g for v2.[favouring a nano setup with plastic mid section at the mo, sweeeet with the dicodes extreme v2+ 18350 mod]I always wondered if you had a scale that could measure the weight to know?

With the new steel tank (4,2ml) you cannot see how much liquid is left. But fortunately the Kayfun Mini V3 works perfectly with temperature control. So if the vape decreases, check your battery or refill. No dry hits, no bad taste.
That's pretty neat. So by weight, you know pretty much how much liquid is in your tank? I know I have seen those scales where it can detect a difference in like 2 drops of juicethats how i check my all steel kfls , around 88g dry+wet wick for v1 and around 87g for v2.[favouring a nano setup with plastic mid section at the mo, sweeeet with the dicodes extreme v2+ 18350 mod]
I enjoy the glass on the mini.
love the plain look of the all steel kfl, not at all keen on the diamond 'knurl' style of the steel sections on the later tanks.
I guess your right about not seeing the juice in the new tank, I thought for a moment you could see it thru the all the fill holes. Although you may not see it, you can probably use the dip stick method. I bet if you used a tooth pick you might be able to judge. With the new steel tank (4,2ml) you cannot see how much liquid is left. This is the single best selling point that I have heard or seen since I first heard about temp control. With the new steel tank (4,2ml) you cannot see how much liquid is left. I never had that big of an interest in diy juices, but I seen a video lately where the guy used a scale instead of a syringe and thought it seemed much easier, I now think I might delve.works a treat.
I have a set of pocket scales that measure in 0.1g increments , useful for weighing out flavour concentrates for diy too. cost around $50 ish.
Scott, the guy, is very good at it.I never had that big of an interest in diy juices, but I seen a video lately where the guy used a scale instead of a syringe and thought it seemed much easier, I now think I might delve.

I'm curious and am sorry if it was explained earlier in the thread, but what is the purpose of the flowring? Is it entirely for aesthetic purposes?
