The KF4 is over-complicated as if only for the sake of complexity. Other RTA's have since come out with far more useful "juice control" with only a small fraction of the parts used in the Kayfun, and none of the connectivity issues.

The Rube Goldberg approach was a major selling point.

Not to worry, I have it on good authority the drip tip alone will comprise of 78 parts on the KF5, the entire piece will break triple digits for part counts.

I would love to see what a Rube Goldberg mod would look like. I've had lot of fun over the years building his contraptions.

I've been wondering when they'd go back to basics and what made them famous, I was excited when the 4 was announced, then it showed up with more parts than the space shuttle, I passed and happily using my 4 KFL+'s.

I'm not going to get to excited just yet, but I will be watching.
