Has anyone ordered the 8.5ml's yet? I have one coming and wanted to know if there are any problems that I should be aware of. Thanks as always.

I got mine a few days ago. The DC's that come with it are siphons so I am using XL singles. No issues with the tank itself. It fits like a J-tank...Nice and tight.

my liquinator started leaking heavily after a week, when the leaking started i tried 5 different cartos bought from vapor essence, same problem. When i called the guy, he was very rude and uninformative, and i felt like i had to walk on eggshells when asking him questions which lead to him basically saying "Too bad". I heard some bad things in regards to their customer service, and unfortunately i ended up experiencing it first hand. Just bought a Stainless steel map tank, had a small issue and adam helped me with it in no time. -1 liquinator

Yer.. have to admit the more reviews of the Liquinator I see, the more reports of shocking customer service I come across. When it works, it is heavenly.. when it doesn't, it is costly and frustrating. Luckily for me, I get mine from a local supplier so my customer service experiences have been completely different. I've never had to deal directly with VaporEssence..

DC cartos? If so they have a cya clause on their newsfeed page.
.......As for cartomizers, they are like chinese firecrackers, sometimes they work sometimes they don't, I think that we all know that by now. In my opinion Dual Coils are very inconsistent and the quality control is not very good at all. There is nothing we can do about that. WE WILL NOT BE WARRANTING Dual Coil Cartos, Slotted or not. If you feel that it is our slotting causing them to leak please purchase them unslotted and slot them to your specifications. If you ordered a DC Liquinator and it just drains then more than likely it is the carto to blame. The Liquinator was designed for use with Boge cartomizers and that is what we all must remember.....

maybe just me but think it is sorta contradictory to not stand by an "inconsistent" product that you are selling....either find a fix or don't sell it at all....if the product is known to fail for one reason or another and you are selling it, you do your customers a disservice by allowing them to purchase it.... full-stop.

Edit: understand folks want to try the DC's with the tanks so at least don't slot the failures for them if you can't stand by them

my 2¢

1:40pm :
DC did not last the day as I hoped. Had to stop the presses cuz not a box will be moved until I find my Ressurectors & my Dremel . (lol) With that said , I found my tools , cut my slot & I gotta tell ya , these "Ressurectors" from CCV are really pretty good in this tank . I drilled a little hole with the Dremel & PRESTO ! Vapor Heaven with Cotton Candy . I don't think the dual coils are made for tank life , but the Ressurectors & the Boge 2.0's work best for me . Now I'm back to moving these crappy boxes & yelling out orders to my kids . Are all teenagers lazy ? I don't recollect myself being so lazy & slow in my teen age years.
ressurectors... I was about to get some last night, and decided to go with the 2.0's instead... Haven't seen much follow up on these.

Would love an update on the

It also says there is a list online of liquids not to use in the tanks. Where can I find the list? Mine will be here soon and I know I read something somewhere about cinnamon. (which really is tasty like Atomic Fireball and Energy Cow)

As always any help is appreciated :)

I know I heard that snickerdoodle from Mrs. T's bakery caused a tank to spider and shatter in a matter of minutes...

Only heard that now... Don't quote me...

depends on the concentration of cinnamon type....basically a no no so use at your own risk, for sure avoid Ms T's snickerdoodle with tanks, it produces catastrophic cracks and falling apart of poly carbonate tube

Chief beat me to it but from experience have lost tubing 3 times once acrylic and 2 poly....the second poly was for someone else's benefit

Just thought I'd come back much later in the thread and give my input now that I've had this tank for a while. I had some issues with it after my post a few weeks ago. I think I was either cutting the slot a little too wide, or I might have been using juice that was too high in VG, but I was seeing a lot of leakage. The sweet spot seems to be either 90/10 or 80/20 PG to VG. It seems like the VG has a harder time wicking through the slot instead of just dropping straight down through the connector, so I found that the less VG I used in my juice, the easier it was to avoid the leaking.

It's also been kind of a pain on occasion getting the O-ring on the top seal to stay centered. It has occasionally bulged out to one side, making closing the thing a pain in the .... Fortunately, I think I've gotten it all properly worn in so now it works like a charm for the most part. It definitely works great as far as getting the juice into the carto, and slotting my own is a very easy process as long as I don't go too wide. Haven't had any dry hits except for when I had it inverted for an extended period of time.

I also want to add, if you're rocking a 5 or 6v, buy your own high ohm cartos and slot them yourself unless the guy is selling them now. Thing vapes like a dream when those cartos are properly wet at all times. I've tried it with the regular ohm (3 or slightly less), and it still works well, but I prefer using the higher ohm cartos in general with this much voltage. Get the same throat hit without some of the harsh, dry qualities that lower ohm brings out, and it seems to translate to a better flavor as well.

Do you lube the tube with PG/VG? Also, do you turn it as you are trying to push it in?

I haven't tried lubing the tube nor have I tried twisting the cap. I'll try this next time, great suggestions. Thank you...

Here's a video. The man says you can use vaseline or eLiquid to lubricate the o-rings as well.. He also shows how to cut a carto. I found this helpful although mine is on it's way to me in the mail. At least now I see how to do things. I hope this helps someone else who is anticipating the arrival of their new best friend via USPS :D

Well that just comes down to personal preference really :)

I have mine attached to 5v boxmod and have the DualCoil 1.5ohm cartos in there.. absolutely heavenly for me :)
