No notice here. Guess it is going to depend on their definition of batch. How many 'batches' can be divided into 50? Hmmmm I wonder.
Well there was a pic of a local buyer with his Max in hand, so they are being distributed. Imagine all the local buyers were knocking on their door, so shipping recipients get what's left from the first ones to clear Quality Control. Hey if feel your frustration and all, but I didn't get notified either. But at this point, what's another week?
I didn't get mine either.
But after yesterday's announcement of the first shipment, I asked them if the "first shipment" equals to the "first batch" of supermax buyers, and they banned my account immediately, just for that!!! All of my posts on their FB page are gone as well, they systematically deleted ALL of them!
Well, I'm sure now - these guys are SCUM, definitely!
I'm sick and tired of listening to their LIES, so I'm quite sure what my next step is going to be...

Frustration begats frustration. Artisan Vaping is frustrated with the delays and are frustrated with our frustration which builds their frustration and on and on. I really do hope that this mod is a home run for everyone's sake.
I do agree with the earlier post that said vaping is a waiting game. And I would much rather be waiting for something outstanding than have it all go away because of the FDA and those that are trying to make Vapor Tanks go away. Would you rather be waiting or would you rather be forced back to tobacco by your government?

You completely oversimplified the matter, imposed a false dilemma, so totally missed the point!
And the point is that there are sooo many other good options left, all of them implying to stay in the world of vaping, therefore awaaay from tobacco, but in the same time staying in the world FREE OF LIARS, CHEATERS, SCAMMERS, DOUBLE-CROSSERS...!

Several artisan shills got their accounts deleted here on ECF and people still hand them their money. Something about a fool and his money..... I hope it's everything you all hoped for.

Whatever, you chose to get on the buy, the product is being delivered, sure, frustration and all, but it's not like I don't have a dna30, several mechs, and a Beast Box to vape on, so it's just waiting. In their last email they offered everyone a refund it they so choose. So besides frustration don't see your point. Max will get here when he arrives. Several have gotten theirs' already.
Junque asked for a refund and got it. I don't really see what the problem is. Their FB page is where they advertise stuff and it's their prerogative to white wash it and remove negative comments and users. This thread on the other hand is the perfect place to vent

Ain't that the vape of it. Heck when they emailed me, I said didn't want a refund, but would be willing to get an extra if they had any. lmao. Hopefully they are back from Texas and have the next quality control batch processed and ready to ship soon.
What shocks me.... really shocks me. Is they finally get all the kinks worked out, all are assembled, all that remains is loading new software into completed units and ship. With all the frustration you.... errr I... would think you would get all 50 units out ASAP. But no, they ship an undefined 'batch' and go to a wedding in Texas.
From a business perspective this make no sense to me at all. You.... err I... would think you would get them all out ASAP so that the good and excited reviews would start up word of mouth again so that they sell out their next run.
Don't get me wrong. I really, really, REALLY hope the SuperMax is everything they were initially marketed to be. I am excited to finally get mine in hand. But the frustration and waiting is absolutely beginning to outweigh the excitement. I am afraid that when I get it I will be so super critical that I find it hard to see the good for all the frustration, waiting and lack of clear communication.

Frustration is the teaching tool for learning patience. Once one come to the realization that doing all the mental .........ion still results no effect to the situation, well thinking of Doris Day singing Que Sera, Sera, whatever will be, will be,... tends to sooth and calm me. 
Sure I agree with you points, but keep in mind, tis only a 2 person team putting the max together, and just one person building them, plus they have their real life jobs and lives to lead. This wedding was likely planned and scheduled before the max went into production and was a prior commitment and not something the did to create more frustration, just part of life.

Anger and Revenge sure feels better than powerlessness, but it STILL feels bad. We all feel powerless to do anything about this situation. But reporting to authorities is useless. No laws have been broken. There are no contracts in place. At worst trust has been broken. At best these are two individuals doing their best... it is arguable how good that best is, but not arguable in a court of law.
I learned a long time ago that honesty & transparency is always the best policy in all aspects of life including business. A once a week email saying: "we are still working on it."
"Broke this tool and need a replacement to move forward."
"A supplier is back ordered on batteries, we will keep you posted."
is all it would have taken to keep the angry villagers at bay. Bad answers, while unpleasant, can be dealt with. But no answers and no clear or regular communication build frustration, rumors & distrust.

I have seen his junk ego booster,
I have laughed at his crown copy of the kick,
I tore all the "vape safes" out of all my old protected chinese batteries, without realizing I could have sold them to people as "fuses"years later.
The man is banned from almost every vape forum, he has made bogus accounts here, and been re-banned. He deleted his forum accounts on the forums he wasnt banned from. This guy is a piece of work. Just a little studying could have saved you your money.
What would make anyone believe that this clown has finally made something good?
