Just thought I'd let you know that Uncle Junk's Fog Cabin - Keystone tested negative for Diacetyl, 2,3-Pentanedione, and Acetoin. It looks like the sample was tested on 9/16/15, so it's recent. In addition, Key Stone is quite tasty!!!!!

There are two things that come to mind as to why the industry is shooting itself in the foot. The standards of safety and the lack of advertising about our benefits over smoking.

Virgin Vapor has test results for most of their liquids. They posted something very recently on their blog about Diketone testing but didn't include test results. Their test results were sent to me via e-mail and the representative said they would post them on their site soon.

It appears that the tests were done by their in-house chemist using a GCMS instrument.

Very impressive, I have to say. The tests go far beyond what you are usually seeing on other sites. They test for
Diacetyl, A/P, Acetoin, Acrolein, Acetone, Acetaldehyde and Formaldehyde. The detection limit is 0.1ppm.

My last vaping experience from VV was Razzmatazz. Horrible vape. The flavor was ok but became bitter after awhile. In addition it was so harsh I couldn't even vape it and that was at 3mg. Props to them on testing their juices. Hope other juices in their line are better than Razzmatazz.

Copper Creek says "our liquids contain no diacetyl" (link here). I don't see any actual test results, but their Creme De Menthe is fantastic. $15 for 30ml, $50 for 120ml. Very tasty indeed

I'm pretty disappointed in Ruthless e-liquids. I sent an email asking them if they test their juices...no response. I love their Grape Drank juice but will I longer buy their stuff if they aren't willing to be transparent with their customers. Please spread the word.

If they don't test their juices then they don't know what's in it. Going forward I'm not buying juices from manufacturers who don't test their line unless great distributors like Vaporshark send them out for third-party testing.

I have a bottle of Kilo Fruit Whip. After looking at test results to their other eliquids on vaporshark, I will avoid Kilo juices all together. Now I have 3/4 of a bottle left of Fruit Whip. To vape it or not to vape it, that is the question!

Although I agree with what's implicit in your question, it has been said that the presence of these chemicals in ejuice is far less than in cigs. So, I'd be surprised if a partial bottle is going to do much harm. That said, I am avoiding new purchases containing those chemicals.

I try to avoid juices that aren't tested. Ruthless is one of my favorite juice lines. I still vape it but not going to vape it as much as I used to. It's hard because these juices taste so good. I actually just bought a juice by Ruthless because it was on clearance. It's hard to stay away from juices you have vaped in the past.

Thanks for posting that. I haven't heard of them before, and though I'm always interested in trying "clean" juices, wish they had more description of their flavors.
