Does anyone care to share their opinions on the following HA flavors? Especially is you can compare/contrast to similar flavors from other vendors? I have one or more other vendors flavors for over half of these as I note below in parens. I'm interested paring down this list and hopefully avoiding any that are not-so-great.

I don’t want to be rude and ask for restatements of prior opinions. I plan to go back through this thread over the weekend.

HA Banana (CAP, TFA)
HA Caramel (TFA, FW, NF)
HA Chocolate Banana
HA Coconut (IW, TFA, VZ)
HA Cream (TFA-several, FA-several)
HA Golden VI
HA Hedy
HA Honey (TFA, FW, IW, LA, VZ)
HA Italian Cream
HA Lemon (TFA)
HA Melon (TFA cantaloupe, TFA&HA watermelon)
HA Nut (FA nut mix, IW&VZ&NF&FE peanut)
HA Peanut Butter (TFA, FW)
HA Rum (VZ, IW)
HA Strawberry (CAP, TFA)
HA Toffee (LOR, TFA)
HA Whiskey

I plan to try a few of these in IW also.

These are what I have tried. No HS and I know this is the HS thread, but this will give you some comparison when you do buy the HS:

Cream:

Sweet Cream TFA – just like the name says, comparable to half-n-half, would be good with coffee and coffee mixes, with fruit for the fruit and cream effect, has an actual dollop of cream mouth feel to it, natural tasting

Marshmallow TFA – artificially sweet like the product; lighter feel to it

Bavarian Cream TFA – rich with vanilla, somewhat artificial tasting; donuts, some desserts

Butter Cream NF - Just like butter cream icing, artifically sweet, slight vanilla component

Vanilla Bean Ice Cream TFA - I have no idea how they do it, but this tastes pretty close to the ice cream, but with a fake-ish vanilla note. It even has a taste of being ice cream as opposed to an icing or cream, but not a koolada type of cool - there's no cool sensation like you get with koolada

Vienna Cream FA- This is the 2nd most authentic tasting cream, with Sweet Cream being the 1st. It is light, more authentic vanilla than the other creams I've sampled, and would pair well with recipes that mimic cookies or baked desserts. It would also pair well with tobaccos and bourbons

Cream - FE This cream is sweeter than the sweet cream from TFA, but provides more mouthfeel and would be good with richer recipes. This is a layered flavor even as a standalone

Custard - FA I have not had any custard vapes, so I cannot rate this in comparison to anything. It has a strong alcohol tasting component, not because it contains ethyl alcohol, but because it seems to have that flavor component. It tastes kind of fake, so I would imagine not the best custard available

Cream Cheese Icing - TFA This tastes like authentic cream cheese icing, vanilla that is natural - I would rank it 3rd place for natural, uncloying taste

Caramel:

Caramel Candy TFA – very candyish tasting, just like the caramel candy squares, not like true caramel; very sweet – could be used to sweeten recipes

Karmel - INA (e-aromat) Perfect natural caramel flavor, on the light side so you may need a high %

Caramel (Classic) - TFA Stronger flavor than INA's and natural as well, coffeehouse type

Creamy Caramel - LAN Strong flavor, natural but with a molasses note, sugared caramel

TFA Lemon: I tested at 5%-13%. It seems best 9%-11%. It's authentic lemon.

Melons:

Watermelon:

Inawera - authentic with rind in the taste
TFA - Candy-like, jolly rancher

TFA Canteloupe: authentic, subtle flavor even at higher %'s

Nuts:

Almond - INA (e-aromat) smells and tastes exactly like almond extract you use for cooking, kind of artificial and alcohol smell

Walnut - FA more authentic than the almond, light flavor - may need higher %

Peanut - FA peanut and hull taste

Hazelnut - TFA authentic, perfect

Creamy Hazelnut - LAN also authentic, but with mouthfeel

Pistachio - TFA Immitation pistachio flavor, but well-done

Pecan - LAN wweet authentic nut

TFA Peanut Butter: authentic and rich, very good

Buy hangsen is the best now in waiting for them to get more tobacco flavors in.

Danny what do you think about hangsen nic base? Ever tried it? They make their own in house and I bet its gooood... Can we get buyhangsen to source it for us?

Caterpillar has some small bottles of unflavored I may try just to see how it is..

This is the best nic base I have ever tried.
It's so clean and pure I had to adjust some on my recipes
Vapers Tek

He also has a thread here on the forum,

Also, there are several threads discussing their use of it.
Give a small bottle of it a try too.

Yeah I've read all about it but want a good, mean strong th, Dirty nic - not a dnb.

I'm purely a tobacco vapor and like the old peppery note... The old hangsen premix I had seems to have it.

I'll order a sample of vt sometime soon.

Myfreedomsmokes has had a pretty consistant run of peppery nic so that may be a good source. I have a few bottles of pretty peppery stuff from them if your interested just PM me.

They always give a sample. Also note it's 0mg so you'll need to add your own NIC if that's the way you vape. I added NIC to make it 18mg and there was no impact on flavor. There samples are pretty strong to begin with.

Thanks, you just saved me from my own ignorance. My order was for flavoring, so I wrongly assumed the kiwi was too. Now that I looked at the bottle again it does indeed say e-liquid, not concentrate or essence.

I use such a small amount of nic these days, I wonder if it really matters what brand I buy. Assuming its Wiz, or NN I should say. Not just going to buy from a street vendor lol. I've slow but sure weaned myself down from 2.4 less then a year ago, to 0.6 now. Just started the .6 just a few days ago and so far so good.

True .. making mostly tobacco juices ... you're better off sticking with what you use.
Vapers who like there fruits, will be the one who notice the difference the most.

Me ... old nic base for the tobaccos, and VT's for the fruit and light flavors
Those flavors stand out now , and aren't buried by the base.
Tobacco's, I don't care, or see much difference, because the flavoring is "heavier" to start with.

Great site and great people to deal with and there hangsen is all original.
Yes, it was a pleasure dealing with them.
The needle point bottles kind of threw me for a loop.
I like to make small 2ml test bottles of the flavorings, and I use drops for those.
I didn't know they had those kind of tops until I was mixing, and opened one up. 8-o

Speaking of the needle tip bottles, anyone measured how many drops per mil these are? I don't demand perfection and measuring by drops is usually consistent enough for me.

Since it threw me off, I had to figure it out ... It took 40 drops from the needle nose to equal 1ml
I could transfer the HS into a regular dripper bottle, but I like seeing the original labels
