If there is a problem PM me with the order invoice number and shipping information and I will talk to them on your behalf. I know steve very well over at buyhangsen and he would never mistreat a customer.

i was going to take you up on that offer ,but not until this next weekend .
since you developed an attitude about me,that just went out the window

If it was the post office's fault why would you not buy again from buyhangsen. Also did you contact buyhangsen to inquire. There customer service is prompt and very helpful. They will make this right very quickly. You do not need to wait 30 days to inquire. I would inquire right now and they may suggest to wait another few days but not 30 days. If there is a problem PM me with the order invoice number and shipping information and I will talk to them on your behalf. Just for the record, I meant wait 30 days before doing a chargeback,. Not wait 30 days before contacting the seller.

Though giving the package at least the 7 to 10 postal business days before contacting the seller is good practice as the estimated delivery time has not yet passed before then.

Alaska is notorious for late shipments. I see it all the time, most people realize that and don't mind the wait as they are used to it. They may not like it, but they don't have any better options, Hawaii is the same way.

Well, I and many other sellers receive first hand word from our Alaskan customers (and Hawaiian), that shipments take longer. This is also noted in some places on the USPS site as well as some selling sites.

Like I said, you've been very lucky so far.

Whenever waiting for USPS mail delivery (Standard or First Class), I find when I give them 7-10 days I'm a lot happier with the process. Weekends & holidays kill hopeful delivery times. Vendor usually needs 24-48 hrs to fulfill order then begins the journey via USPS. Five business days is enough to get packages around the corner but watch out for those killer weekends too! Was hoping for Sat. delivery of a package last weekend but it arrived Monday. It didn't clear my local post office by Sat. morning and it sat there until it moved again on Monday for delivery with no option for pickup.

So my expectation is already set way out anywhere from 7-10 days considering I don't like paying two or three times more for overnight delivery.

If I lived in Alaska, I'd be willing to allow even more time! LOL even if you've received other packages sooner, YOU'RE IN ALASKA FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! GIVE IT A MINUTE!

I just finished reading an amazon download titled Memoirs of a Gas Station: A Delightfully Awkward Journey Across the Alaskan Tundra and there's mention of Denali Nt'l Park. It's about one man's personal account of the best and worst summer of his life as a seasonal worker. He often escaped it all by enjoying the beauty of Denali Nt'l Park. Good read. I enjoyed his adventure. Mentioning this after noticing your username denali_41 and being in Alaska. I kept wondering why 'denali' sounded somewhat familiar.

Hope that package gets there soon. Gotta be there before Friday :)

No matter how long we have to wait, seems a tiny world at times.

While we were recently on the subject of shipping TO Alaska, you won't believe what I just got into. Ordered a classic double edge safety razor on Ebay and did try to see where it was being shipped from. No state of origin but did ship within the states. I ordered it after comparison with a few similar models. Got email confirmation to find it's left JUNEAU, AK 99801 ! OMG! LOL!

Well here we Gooooooooo! Seller has several hundred positive feedback and no negatives so very impressive and responsive vendor. Will give this one 10-14 days and hopefully see it then. Juneau to Dallas - Hmm.

I don't do the tobacco flavors myself but I'm trying to get an old friend that's strapped for cash off the analogs and I'm trying to find an inexpensive true full flavored tobacco flavor so I'm going to give Hangsen a shot. When I say a "true" tobacco flavor I mean a straight non-sweet tobacco. I'm just not sure which one I should go with. I've seen a lot of reviews that claim that the RY6 is along these lines. I would appreciate any suggestions and thanks ahead of time.

If you want non-sweet you don't want a RY, you'd be much, much better off with RY1 as the caramel/vanilla is hardly detectable ...I've tried the RY6 premade and it was pure crapola...putrid...nothing tobacco-like. You need to take a look at Inawera for tobaccos
