I believe Hangsen does a very good extraction from tobacco leaves, a well refined one. Maybe it is what you perceive as TA.
Whatever it is, I like it a lot , and I don't have to use much - just 2.5%. Others may like it much higher.
I might have to get some of that... But I don't know if I can ever put the Arabic down. I have 10 different flavors but unless I run of of Arabic I never vape them.

Yep, naturally extracted tobacco by Molecular distillation.
Hangsen is the cleanest NET you'll ever find
Nothing will match Arabic's strong flavor Jeremy, but this one is worth a try if you ever get bored of your ADV. For me it needs a long steep before the flavor comes out but I am unusual in that respect. Also, I didn't like it at all in a clearo, but the Kayfun really brought the flavor alive.

Been hooked on the Tab, Elder Captain and Gold & Silver lately. I've put the No.5 and Arabic on the back burner for a while. I've vaped so much of them for so long now that I just need that change of pace.
Tab is excellent! I could vape it the whole day. So is #5. I like Arabic for a change but definitely not as an ADV. I've been vaping for years but for some reason I am still too attached to the "traditional" cigars or cigarettes flavor. I've used excellent fruit and bakery flavors and I've also made very good clones of very good e-liquids and always is the same: "Oh, yeah, this tastes awesome!" but then after a while I can't stand any of them anymore (I wish I could).
Same here I do a lot of deserts and sweets but often tire of them quickly and always come back to the tobaccos. 2 weeks of vaping the tab, Elder Captain and Gold & Silver and I'll be back to including the No.5 and arabic back into the rotation.
Just christened my new mod and Lemo tank with some Hangsen Cuba 18mg. Tastes and smells nowhere close to a Cuban.
It tastes and smells more like a Phillie Blunt Sour Apple cigar ! Does anyone know how the Hangsen Cigar tastes like before I order a bottle ?

The "Hangsen Cigar" flavor is the weakest flavor from this company I've ever tried. I would not recommend it. Follow JD1 advice.
Now, the closest I've found so far to a cured cigar that could be also cuban is " Tobacco Absolute Cuban Cigar", by Inawera:

Has anyone bought straight from Inawara before ?, you have to buy $35 before they process the order, but you are also getting more at lower prices as well.

Before it used to be a breeze, when INAWERASHOP was the seller for Inawera products in Europe. Now it is complicated, INAWERASHOP doesn't sell Inawera products any longer (but they sell a different brand, Molinberry, that I find has the best fruits flavors). Buying directly from INAWERA website is complicated, and expensive (I really don't know how Marcelina, from Inawerashop, did before but you could order a ton of flavors and shipping was so cheap! ) For you, since you are in Canada, buying directly from Inawera can be cheaper than buying from an USA reseller, I don't know, but being in USA I find way cheaper buying from Bull City Vapor or Vapers Tek (both of them original bottles) Some others sell Inawera too, but rebottled, and I don't trust in rebottled flavors since I've noticed they get weaker when transferred (maybe just a chemical reaction to the USA air exposure)...

Inawera's website is so complicated, you would think for a small niche factor company they would make it easier for the world to shop, but no make it so foreign maybe aliens from Mars would place an order ...no wonder the Chinese have cornered the e-commerce sector as well !

I messaged them and waiting for a response, but if that is a dead end then I will order some from Inawera Winkel as they have some of the lowest prices and reasonable shipping. I can't figure out why it cost less than $5.00usd to ship from Poland and $21 to ship from the US to Canada ? ...LoL

wife sent me a envelope fed-ex to Alaska from philippines for 30 bucks,,i opened it ,signed a piece of paper and sealed it back up and it cost me 80 bucks to send it back :O
