I love the Hangsen tobacs, highway, desert ship and No5. I got all 3 in glass steeped ready to vape plus a backup of each also steeping. I built 60 mls(60vg/40pg) initially then when ready, remove 50 and leave 10 to seed the next batch so I always have 60mls onhand along with using a magnetic mixer to do my stirring I've had nothing but success with my 6% tobac mixes. Warming up the vg/pg base in hot water also helps incorporate the flavors better, mix then let the air bubbles subside overnight, rewarm, remix with as little air as possible to avoid oxidizing the nic.
I did buy a small Tab Blend but IMO its too sweet and has a caramel tone in which doesn't appeal to me. None of the other tobaccos from other companies has yet to appeal to me either, some too sweet, chemical tasting or have that rancid after taste that is simply YUK
I haven't yet bothered to make a complex formula but make all my flavors as stand alones then blend then together, let steep, adjust to get the flavors to pop. A Tobacco Absolute(s) along with acetyl pyrazine are must haves if you want to have a full satisfying experience with tobacco blends if your looking to create your all day tobac vape.
Thanks again to the Danny and the other peeps in here who pointed the way down the Hangsen path on my DIY journey. I never have had a commercial juice taste nothing like what I can build myself.
As I stated in a earlier post, with help I have nailed my wife's cotton candy vape (4.5% Desert Ship, 1.5% Sig circus cotton candy, 5% nic) and she can vape 30-40+ mls a week at 25 bucks US per 100mls it was costing me and now its happy wife, happy life on the cheap. :thumb:

I do get a slight sweetness from Tab but not a caramel tone. To me it's more of a nutty tone. Taste is different for all of us just like some people like certain foods and others don't. Many people like arabic and I don't like it. This is why threads like this are so helpful it gives us a wide varied opinion on these flavors. You have to try these hangsen flavors and judge for yourself and PLEASE always come back and post your opinion. We may not agree on each and every flavor BUT one thing I think we all can agree on is that hangsen makes some of the best tobacco flavoring on the market.

A new flavor I make 20mls without the nic, taste then let steep a few days, remix then taste again to decide on next step. I taste as a drop on the back of the hand, since it has no nic there is no back of the tongue bitter from the nic.
I think the taste out of the atty should be almost what a drop on the hand would taste like, thats how I gauge the flavors. I then add nic to a few mls and try it in a atty to see if it tastes like it smells, then go from there.
Nicotine here in Canada is expensive so I don't nic just any mix willy nilly and hope for the best.
I do have a US shipping address but will not jeopardize my online US shopping with amazon and ebay over saving a few bucks on a bottle of nicotine that would leave a black mark at the border and nothing but hassles after that.

not sure sure how much longer i am willing to wait on BCV for my RY4 fix,,may just settle and attack VZ's RY3 stock and call it good

Have you tried the ry3?

Its quite different I think. Liked it for a while but after a time it became a taste I didn't care for. Kinda like the us red. I liked it but after a while not so much. Think I would need to go lower than 3.3%

RTS ry4 should be fresh if still in stock. You think vz is better? Hmm. Isn't it rebottled too?

I tried RY1 ,don't like it as it has too much of "virginia" flavor to it
rather sure VZ doesn't rebottle their stuff,at least not the essence line

trying not to buy from rts as theirs is always weaker then

So are you saying that the vape shop I buy it from is just making up the name "3 & 5"? It is NOT being sold as a concentrate. I buy this because it's the best juice I've ever bought in a store. But like I said before, I can't seem to find it as a concentrate with that name. If I do a search for "Hangsen 3 & 5" it comes up at MV stores. But only as a ready made juice!????? I'd really like to be able to make it myself if someone could tell me what it really is???????? HELP!!!!! please. ...

You want highway plain and simple. That's it.

People call it whatever they want its highway.

Get it!
You will not be disappointed!

There is no such thing as hangsen 555 - hangsen brand "555" "state express" is highway and only highway.

Pass go and buy the highway right now.

Highway is what you want, it is 100% highway. Not no.5 not tab, just highway.

Buy fresh highway and mix it at 3.33%. 1ml / 30ml base. Shake a few times over an hour. Try it out!! If you think you would like it stronger give it a few days, then add a little more flavoring to bump it up to 4%

Since the vendor calls it 555 I assume they are mixing the highway themselves so they are probably using 3.33% to 5% max.

I ain't wasting no time on getting my BCV Hangsen order in. Enough Hangsen Highway, Desert Ship, No5 and a couple TA's to make the 75 bucks for free shipping, sitting pretty now for good long time. Next is a nicotine run but I will get that from my nic dealer here in Canada since I refuse to carry it over the border, nicless concentrates and gear are no problem but sometimes they get stickily with nic'd juices and getting worse the closer the regulations is getting to becoming law. Glad I DIY my juices now just so I don't have to use parcel post over the border and run into mail customs grief over nic'd juices.
