Are you sure there original. I don't recall ECX selling anything but rebottled hangsen. Maybe you can post a picture of what you got.

Photo below. The labels look legit? Every one was individually shrink wrapped. They all smell pretty tasty but haven't mixed any yet.

those are rebottled. Not at home to take a picture of original packaging but that isn't it. Enjoy anyway, most of my rebottled ECX stuff has been very good. I have heard all the horror stories and have a couple that are dreadful but mostly good stuff.

Edit - I am not sure about the dreadful one, and one other. I got a vanilla that tasted like licorice and a carmel something or other one that is just disgusting. otherwise very happy

Oh, very different. Well the price was right and they smell pretty good. I know (hope) I can do something with them. What will really suck is if I really like a couple of them but the real stuff is different and I can't get any more re bottled lol.

Lol, that's actually happened to me... It may be hangsen batches though. The Arabic isn't quite the same as the ones I got before... And this was even from the same vendor, and then original hs bottled.

Yep that's a fact and something I've experienced several times. Also from ECX I've reordered the rebottled stuff and it tasted nothing like what I got the first time.

Original hangsen formulation should not change at all batch to batch which is why I questioning if ECX is selling original or a bootleg. Sometimes it weaker some times stronger and other times it don't even taste like the flavor ordered. I ordered vanilla, butterscotch and toffee and they all tasted the same (Like pure butter). I ordered hangsen highway and the first time it was good at 7% the second time I needed 10% and it tasted ashy with hardly any nuttyness. I also ordered arabic that tasted nothing like the original. It tasted more like a cheap cigar mix with caramel. When I complained I got nothing but attitude from them so I've since stopped buying from them. Now I'm a long time hangsen user and know what there flavors are suposed to taste like and ECX is not it.

I am vaping Red USA at 6%, purchased from VZ 18 months ago, and although the flavor is still good, I am getting a tiny tiny bit of a chemical flavor. This flavor persists regardless of how long I steep the juice or keep the bottle open. Has anyone noticed such a thing with the Red?

I have noticed this with each of the vz sc flavors that I have. To me they are unvapeable. There is a taste I just can't get past with them. I have a couple other flavors they have in the regular line and they are good.

If Hangsen is using actual extract for their tobaccos then it's possible that different batches will have slight variation. I'm sure some resellers "step"on it but, again it just might be different batches.
I'm in the coffee business. Each crop from the same place grown in the same region must be roasted differently to produce a similar cup.
I'm just saying there's a LOT of variables affecting flavor when dealing with a plant and it's extracts.

I see the fruit flavors, candy, and so on being easy to reproduce consistently.

My last batch was made from a hangsen red flavoring that was a year old and I tasted no chemical taste.
