I've been stuck on HS tobaccos for a couple weeks. I tried a dessert vape that I used to like last night and quickly put it down for some highway w/ 2% AP.

I tweaked my Tab/DRY4 recipe a bit and it's even better. 7% HS Tab / 4% TFA DRY4 / 2% AP is perfect. I have 5 loyal fans now. Everybody who tries it loves it. If you have those ingredients definitely try it.

I mixed some small samples of Desert Ship and Flue Cured yesterday. I haven't tried those yet so I'll give them a shot straight up.

I really like Indian too and I'm testing out a bottle with 2% AP and 2% EM. It's a little harsh in my dripper so I'm thinking a touch of EM will fix that.

The last bottle of HS that I have that I haven't tried is Pipe tobacco. Smells good but definitely different than the others.

I mixed a batch of Highway 7% and Toasted Almond 4% about a week ago. It's on the strong side. A mix of 5% 1% would probably have been better. In all my 555 tries I am looking for something close to BWB 555. I need a cream/sweet element that will compliment the toasted almond. Hangsen vanilla may be the answer. At the same time I mixed the Highway I mixed HS Cigar and Vanilla at I think 7% 4%. The vanilla is strong and dominates the cigar. Even so, it is a good vape. I vape everything I mix before mixing more so it will be a few days before I mix again. I think i'll try Highway 5% Toasted Almond 1% and Vanilla 2%.

Head cold! Time for a menthol mix.

I had bought some TPA menthol for a friend but never used it. Just checked the fridge and thought it had crystallized but it was frozen, fridge is too cold I guess. Anyway how much of this stuff do you add for starters, light menthol flavor?

My Indian is not done yet, but I seem to get a slight nut taste to it. Does anyone else? Maybe it is the atty not fresh, or a hay/straw taste? Now is not the time to taste test any way.

Does sound good; I mixed 2% of VZ vanilla to highway and it was good but now a little strong, Maybe cut back to 1%, I bet some toasted marshmallow would taste good in that mix also.

I tried the cherry from ECX Hangsen and it was absolutely terrible. I remember you guys talking about cherry/vanilla/coke many pages ago, and the consensus was that the cherry is good stuff. I dunno if our taste buds are just way different or if I got a bad bottle or something, but at 2% this cherry is disgusting. Chemical, potent, and just doesn't even taste like cherry.

I'm vaping the Cherry right now at 5% it tastes good to me.

Does anyone have a good tobacco recipe that is close to an American Spirit taste but a bit milder? Do any of the Hansen flavors come close?

The Hangsen Indian comes closest to American Spirit as I've ever had. After a week of steeping, it's along a basic mild tobacco flavor with a tiny sweetness. In the past I've tried tobacco flavors, from Wizard, TPA, and FA, to include Tobacco Absolute, Cpt. Black, Virginia Fire Cured, Black Honey Tobacco, etc. I'm not mixing any of that stuff anymore.

Hangsen nailed certain flavors I've been searching for and all I have to do is dilute their stuff in my nic juice of choice. At the current price of $5.85 a bottle, I'm able to dilute into many bottles. A bargain for the beautiful flavors.

If you just mixed it let it mellow a while before adding any more EM. May also be that you just have to increase the VG a bit or lower the NIC a bit Or maybe just need to lower the voltage on the VB. Harshness is very seldom resolved with sweetener or EM.

Hangsen vanilla will work at 2%. I use it in my RY1 and it gives a nice creamy vanilla note.

I substituted the caramel for the cherry as a top note at 2% to an ry4 and it was fantastic. Maybe you got a bum bottle.

I know taste is subjective, but if you had to pick just 3 Hangsen tobacco flavorings which would you chose? I'm looking to pick up a couple and I'd like to get a consensus which is the best/most popular. I like sweet/slightly nutty tobaccos, so any recommendations?

Thanks.

Yeah kimchi the hangsen is just so simple to mix its worth the 5.50 so I don't spend hours mixing and testing. All the work is done just add you flavor and steep.

Bob chill I'm interested in how you like the pipe and flue cured.

I'm looking to make another order soon. Thinking dship, highway, t5, Indian, arabic, gold&silver, tab blended, and....

I totally agree with the price point. @ 6-7% you can mix 150mls+/-. Rough math is <$.20/ml all in. Awful tough to object about price considering pre-mix costs. HS tobaccos truly are one of the easiest and foolproof flavors to mix a bottle of outstanding juice.

I haven't tried t5 or GS yet but I'm sure they are as good as the rest. You probably can't go wrong with your selection. I really like RY1 as well. Magic Mix is a great light tobacco with some sweetness too.

I ran out of time at the mixing table and wasn't able to make a pipe sample. Flue cured is resting though. I'm going to test it the middle of next week.

Good points. I really like 50/50 and only vape 12mg. One thing I though about is that I mixed that bottle with MFS nic which definitely has more kick than my WL. It may be as simple as just mixing it with WL nic. I tried lowering watts but it made it too hollow. It could have been a case of vaping too much as well. I definitely get carried away with hs tobaccos. I keep going back for more. lol

If the flavor fades the longer you vape it's vapers tong. I will usually have 3 cartos with 3 different flavors at hand and switch between them. This helps greatly with vapers tong and adds variety through out the day.

I would agree with that 100%, There are a few others that are less harsh as well but more expensive, Nicvape for example. Nicotine base can have a big effect on harshness and taste!

http://naturallyextractedtobacco.com/ (Go to extracts for a concentrate from American Spirit called Big Spirit.) You may want to start there. I don't have any actual DIY recipes, but mixing that premade Big Spirit with Hangsen RY6 at 2/3 BS and 1/3 RY6 is pretty close.

I was looking to buy the Ry6 concentrate, but still uncertain if Golden VI is RY6. I imagine it is.
