thankfully I haven't been scammed by jbox or chopperguy

but I have to say I am sick and tired of "vendors" whining about their personal life, if you can't conduct business, then stop it and refund or return your customers money/stuff. it's the same with juice vendors.......
as a customer I don't care about your personal problems. boo hoo, we all have problems. I do care about my money/items. I guess I sound cold, but this irritates me to no end! :facepalm:

and as others have said, not communicating with your customers compounds the problem.

would we be so quick to forgive or cut slack to any "normal" business who in effect stole our money ? no.

I guess it is too late to file a complaint with PP and get your money back?

This is going off track by digging into Dimitris and Vapeteam...that is something that you can deal with on their site.

The issue here is people not receiving their mods that they ordered.


Submit a dispute to where you paid with to get your money back, just state "item not received".


It's a battery box.

I'd guess he was having problems before that..My order was placed Aud 23rd with a promise of 28 days for completion..And like many others i could care less what his problems are..You have a job to do so do it..Awhile back i sold a mini reo to someone on a saturday..I told them i'd send it out first thing monday..Well it turns out my dad passed away monday morning..And in between funeral arrangements,picking out a casket,and finding a church..I still made it to the post office to send my package and sent the person tracking..Why? Because i made a promise and it was my job at the time to make sure it got sent out..So whatever problems he is having i say suck it up and make things right..

Coz nailed it as regards the Vape Team

And Ripple nailed it as regards whiny ... excuses. I know of vendors who have gone through numbers of things, one vendor had a child recently, the biz didn't miss a beat, another one has cancer, now if something would allow for someone to put the business on hold, its cancer, but for all intensive purposes they go right on making tanks.

Vape Team Shmape Team. They are covering their butts by being quiet, nothing they can do anyway. You are adults. You are a fool if you expect something like the Shmape Team to have no bias from the start. It's guys who care more about their friends than they do about you and that is how it always is all the time everywhere else.

Don't trust people with more than you can afford to lose. Assume that you are never going to get your JBox and try to get your money back from your card. If you can't get your money back from your card then you have two options: criminal and civil complaints, or surrender. The shmape team is a waste of your energy and a distraction, that is a useless avenue.

There is no excuse for this behavior! Hes dug his hole and now we need to shovel the dirt in on top of him! Unless hes dead there is no excuse for not communicating. As for the Vapeteam I could be sympathetic to them being implicated by association until I read the response. You take your self way to serious buddy and I for one will not be watching you anymore! The response is very bogus to call victims ignorant when you endorsed the product in the first place! You made your self public you endorsed a bogus product the correct response is ( Im sorry) followed by some sort of corrective action. You had a chance to be a hero now you just a zero IMO!

Whenever I make a pre-order with a vendor there is a limit put on the number of pre-orders they accept, not with this guy.
He's so behind in his delivery (some people ordered in Aug 2012) and still have not received there mod. This guy just keeps accepting new orders even though he hasn't delivered orders from August. This is not a good sign and he looks to be taken more unsuspecting customers of their money since his site is still accepting orders. This guy doesn't even communicate with his customers. He needs to be locked up and soon.

Is it possible to find out who hosts the jbox website and complain to them to at least get the site shut down in the hopes of preventing others from ordering?

Very possible to find who hosts.....whois.com , totally different story to shut it down without any legal action maybe here http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx (Internet Crime Complaint Center) .
Or if he is somehow "incapacitated" he can get a friend and give out the wordpress admin login info so the site can be temporarily ceased.(which is probably unrealistic since he doesn't even answer an e-mail)

I'm really not in the community, i live in France and never heard about Jason before to order a JBOX.
It was #400 ordered the August10 and received the Sept20, the last pic shown in the the website (customer creation).
But i'm in the same boat as i ordered another one the Sept23 and will need one day to change battery of the one received...
For Jason out of the show it just happened when people started to talk about spamming or calling the vapeteam show... maybe it is a coincidence, or not...

The best I can tell, the only people who received JBox's are people in the community that are in the "in" crowd, Neb, Vinny, Dimitri, CJ, I can't think of one that I have seen find its way to a person that isn't a reviewer.

Seems like the rest of us were sheep to be sheered.

A dude at a danish forum just orderd one to day,I didn't warn him I time an sorry for him hi didn't now all of this..

I heard that hi is going to trail in the court a lot, any one now this??
